This is probably the best collision shop in the lower mainland. Their staff are very professional and friendly. They were very accommodating with my repair. Their is also a rental car company on site. Their work and craftsmanship is is first class. It’s no secret why they are recommended by Tesla and Tesla owners for being the best shop in town. I would highly recommend if your car needs any repairs.

Lousy customer services! They use the fame if Mercedes Benz to get so many customers. Actually all other car shops can do same or better job on repair. They have too many customers so they don’t really care about what you feel. I wanted to change shop but this place gave me a hard time and did not let go of my file. And I had to waited for weeks for my repair to transfer to another shop. I was using the courtesy car from the other shop the whole time when they hold on to my file and don’t let go. The estimator found an excuse that they had already order parts but that was not true. I never

From my initial phone call, to picking up my repaired c43 amg yesterday, the service I received was immaculate. Every employee I interacted with was amazing. Especially Rachel! She kept me updated throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and was such a pleasure to work with.
MB Collision fixed my car less than 2 weeks after receiving it, and provided me with a courtesy car in the meantime. This is the only establishment I will recommend for collision repair. 10/10.

Thanks to Mercedes Benz collision center - Richmond for the repair of my car. I am very glad to choose them for the repair as they were very quick and polite.
