Been in the car industry for 30 years and I have never had an experience like this.The owner Lawrence promised me that my car would be perfect when I got it back. The quality of work was extremely poor. Asked him to do a better job and he told me that was enough complaining and that was the best he can do. Never been treated so poorly.

I actually had my first ever accident. And I took my truck here and the job they did was hands down amazing. The staff are amazing and so friendly and great to talk to. They even went out of there way to pick me up from the rental car shop. I would definitely recommend Bodycraft. Thanks everyone.

I had body craft collision do the repairs for my ICBC claim and quote me on some private work as well. Not only did they do an absolute fantastic job, but the staff were extremely pleasant, and the repairs I had to pay for out of pocket were extremely reasonably priced. I will definitely be recommending then to others, and if (god forbid) I ever need repairs again, I will certainly be back at Body craft Collision!

Hard to put into words a great experience like this but I'll try. Every body shop in town just seemed to not care if I got in the day I needed to, but Kellie the front counter lady did. She got me in right away with a courtesy car which was like brand new. They got the work done the very day they said and my car is literally better than before the accident. They even fixed my passenger side door that Kirmac Collision put back together wrong. My wife could barely open it, now it's like new. Just go here I promise you'll leave with a smile.

I had my two rear windows smashed on Sunday night, so that’s a great start to a Monday, hey?
After dealing with ICBC, I contacted a few local shops to see when I could get the repairs done, but only Bodycraft Collision was able to take my vehicle in first thing in the morning AND provide a courtesy car. Everyone I dealt with there was polite and my vehicle was fixed by the end of the week. Additionally it was nice to see that they had done a wash, vacuum and interior clean up as well!
