Born and raised in Birmingham England, Jane is a graduate of the Birmingham College of Food and Domestic Arts, with a National Diploma in Hotel Keeping and Catering. Jane immigrated to Canada early in her career and worked in operations and sales in various hotels in Victoria, Toronto and Vancouver before embarking on a career with boats at the Westin Bayshore Yacht Charters as yacht charter & marina manager.
