Fire suppression systems come in many variations from wet system, dry pipe systems, pre-action systems to special suppression systems that use chemical or inert gases to control and often suppress the fire. Choosing the correct sprinkler system for your building is based on many factors from the type of product you are storing, the height you want to store, and how you are going to storing it, will it be on the floor or on racking.

Phaser Fire Protection Ltd. is a family owned and run business that has been in operation since 1988, providing a wide variety of fire protection services in the Greater Vancouver and Lower mainland area. Starting as a small company working with a few select General Contractors and maintaining a high level of customer service we have grown over the years.
Fire suppression systems come in many variations from wet systems, dry pipe systems, pre-action systems to special suppression systems that use chemical or inert gases to control and often suppress the fire. The sprinkler system is the most common element of the life safety equipment required in a wide range of buildings from, commercial, residential, industrial and institutional.
Wet sprinkler systems are the most common and the most economical sprinkler system designed and installed for fire protection. A typical wet system uses municipal water pressures to supply the piping and sprinkler head layout. Once a sprinkler head activates, water is delivered immediately onto the fire, and an alarm is activated.
Residential sprinkler protection can cover occupancies that range from a single family home, a town house, a multi-story walk up, to a high rise tower. Residential occupancies require special sprinkler heads that are design to provide a different spray pattern and water design required to protect occupants and properties.
