Vic was the gentleman that came to check on our fire extinguishers. He went above and beyond, we didn’t have access to a room but he came back another day... he came back after a family event, which really blew me away. Can’t say enough great things about him. We will absolutely be using them every year for our services.

I visited the Customer Service Centre with 2 fire extinguishers (for the home) that I thought were in need of some attention. As it turns out, they had no weight on them so the technician wasn't able to inspect them - despite another company completing an inspection (for a fee of course) a few years before. I appreciated his honesty! In addition, the technician's passion for his job and his knowledge were clear to see; well done. Keep it up

Terrible, insulting Manager who comes off as sappy and fake when she greets you. Makes you want to gag, and I feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with her everyday. Business owner also owes me money, and he told me in his own words he'd have no problem giving the money back, but still hasn't. Shameful and sad.

Brad came to our office last week to replace our emergency light box. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He even gave us a complementary check on all of our fire safety equipment. Overall the service we received from Brad and Vancouver Fire was excellent.

VanFire has been servicing us for years. Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. This weekend we had a number of issues with our sprinkler system however they handled it like champs. Their service team member even stepped up and help install a new alarm on the pumps since the techs are booked all week. Thanks again for all the help!

This company doesn't value customers at all. When they visited my townhouse for a fire inspection they wore shoes despite being told no shoes are normally worn in the house. I got a disrespectful response which dismissed me. They didn't even bother with booties. When I called to replace a malfunctioning fire alarm, the second service rep wore booties. He asked me to sign a blank service form and didn't mention they were going to charge me for this service. They charged me $200+ for urgent service an $100 for the fire alarm. All charges I wasn't informed about until my strata

I had Vancouver fire inspection come to our townhouse for our annual alarm inspection. They were in and out of the units within seconds. Here is what really pissed me off....they walked into my home really fast with their muddy shoes on light carpet. I was livid that two grown men had no respect nor any common sense. I gave them an earful and they just looked at me like a dumb squirrel in the woods. At least put some booties on. All other service companies that I've dealt with do.
