As a property manager have used this company for years. Yesterday ran into a problem with one of our panels. Pointed to a battery problem. Leslie took the time to assist me before sending out a tech. Problem was later in the day and they have access keys in their office. Rather than having a tech return to their office to pick up keys, they dispatched tech directly to our office to pick up keys. Job was completed and keys returned promptly the next morning. What is also good about this company and they seem to have long term staff. It is really nice to speak with the same people when you call and

Recently switched to Voltech from another company for servicing the fire alarm system(s) in my condo building. Wow, what a difference! Everything from pricing to service is easily twice as good as we were accustomed to with the previous company. We had a false alarm at 3am and a Voltech technician arrived promptly 30 minutes later, equipped with everything needed to repair the problem, and get everyone back to sleep. Very knowledgeable staff, and an overall great choice. Just thought I would share.

Voltech has been doing our strata's building for a number of years now and council has never had any complaints. Any issues that come up are addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. The technicians are always pleasant and presentable, and more than happy to share their knowledge when any residents have had any questions. We highly recommend Voltech and their outstanding service! :)
