No problem, I will gladly write a review that explains the one star. I backed into a fire extinguisher box with my car a couple of months ago and damaged it. The extinguisher was untouched. Something that seemed pretty straight forward to replace, I went instantly to report what I had done. Fast forward to last week, I noticed the box had been fixed and then noticed a nice invoice from your company. A driver very nearly hit me (a cyclist) at ~60km/h on SFU. I'm still combing through video footage to find evidence.
Update: per below, they take safety seriously. I was ASTOUNDED at the obliviousness of this employee. I literally rode along next to his driver-side window looking at him for 5 seconds before braking so he didn't run me over. How does a person "merge" without looking out their driver-side window? And, honestly, I'd prefer the driver were let-go since this sort of behavior is far too common and not enforced by the police.

Larry at Station Place , we recently had a new Panel installed by Steve and Neil. The product and workmanship with technical support raised the bar start to finish. Not only was the unit created from scratch but installed and operational within the specified time frame with ongoing follow up to deliver a superior product!
