I was at one of the branches at 1101 Woolridge St. I bought the Platinum wash plus the extreme shine and a vacuum token total $31.50. At the entrance staff closed my mirrors manually although they are electric and now there is an issue with my left mirror. When the carwash finished I realized that my bumpers and the rims are not cleaned properly. Then I went for the Vacuum. The right hose was out of service.
Talking to the manager he told me that it is what it is and if I want more cleaning I have to go for a detailing! I paid 30 dollars and the service I received was just like the gas stations

Today was my first time at this location using the vacuums and it was a horrible experience. The token dispenser was a disaster, tried different credit cards, chips, mag stripes, tapping - all lead to failure (and probably identify theft). I finally managed to spend $4 dollars to get my 1 token, then proceeded to help another customer through the same horrible token dispensing charade - Let us pay cash or fix your machine!
Then came the actual vacuuming, which sadly was even worse than the tokens. No suction! Unlike every other car vacuum I've visited where each stall has its own vacuum, here

Fast car wash but didn't get all the dirt off (the area where the tires would kick up dirt onto your car). But it was another one of those super fast car washes. They ask you to fold your side mirrors so it didn't wash my side mirror glass. I always get all the options, so it's pricey. It is not touchless.

Paid for the platinum wash and tire shine. Came out with soap left on car and still a bunch of dirt on back end of vehicle. Spotty tire shine on half the tire only.
Attendant- what do you want me to do about it?
Manager- yea it does that sometimes on some vehicles.

Was told to remove rocks that I couldn't even see in my truck bed while several other trucks were not looked at with such detail. was super busy and cars were about 3 feet spacing in the wash. paid for extras like tire shine and extra scrub and my car was still dirty and 1/4 of each tire got tire shine

Please beware before using this carwash especially if you have a civic or you worry about damaging your vehicle at all!
I've been using this carwash for a while without problem and loved it but during the last wash there was definitely a problem. I could tell it wasn't the same as usual, it was almost violent. My mirrors were being pushed in and out over and over and the whole car was rocking back and forth.
Got home and noticed some pretty bad damage on my civic. The passenger side fender was bent straight up.
I emailed the company to notify them that something was wrong with the carwash and

I have been coming to shine auto Wash for quite some time and I have to say I always get great friendly service from the guys that are working, always helpful or able to answer questions, the vacuum system is amazing and strong, when you pay you don't just get one vacuum but you get a vacuum on each side so if you happen to have a friend with you both of you can both vacuum and get it done quicker. prices are reasonable and the wash is always really good. Highly recommended

I've been going to them to get my SUV cleaned and washed. There was never any issues. The Racks I got was professionally installed and won't adjust or move out of place. Now the annoying part is, just cause some donkey don't know how to install their racks properly, they don't accept any cars with installed racks anymore. Clearly my roof rack will never come off unless it's unscrewed and key to uninstall; but this place won't take my SUV to pass through. The amount and size of the car wash machine is huge, you'd think they would have a better technology to not

I could feel my drivers side rim scrapping the side of the track that pulls the wheels thru the carwash... I knew IMMEDIATELY that something was wrong... even the attendant seemed alarmed but did nothing to help or stop the carwash for me
This continued until I got to the end of the wash. This is where the car would normally just ease off and the driver would simply put the car back into drive and drive off... I had to put my car in gear and drive towards the dryer because my rim was being dragged onto the track

Absolutely love this car wash and think it has great value. I usually go for the $13 Silver wash and find that is perfect for my Equinox. I buy two tokens for the vacuums at the same time as the wash. Two tokens is enough to fully vacuum the car and mats. There is a staff member who aligns your wheels with the track and tucks your mirrors in if you chose to do so. You're done within minutes and bam, clean car! There is also a location in Coquitlam near Ikea but they don't have vacuums there so I'm not as big of a fan.

Last week, I needed to use their service for the first time because my car got hit with a waterfall of brine solution from a deicing truck while I was driving to work in the morning. I normally wash my car at home, but I couldn't do it because of the cold temperature for that day, so I had to urgently use their service.
Once you enter the car wash, there are four line-up lanes and it doesn't matter what lane you choose to line up as you pay at the automated pay booth which is located near the entrance. I choose

I've been many times now, the attendants are pretty great at fixing any mishaps. A couple of times I've added the extra soap and left after the drying etc still with soap on my vehicle. Circle back and they run you though another rinse and dry for free. It's definitely not the cheapest wash but its really good. I definitely will not be going back to diy at oasis!

Clean and modern. At $8 for the basic wash, you can come once every month and get your car looking like new. Very affordable considering what it offers: convenience, cleanliness, and new equipment.
The vacuum option at $3 is overpriced in my opinion considering you only get 4 minutes of usage. They don't mention the duration anywhere so I had to learn it the hard way.

This place is MASSIVE in comparison to it's sister store on Terminal Ave!! They have it down to a science! It almost looks like a space station haha
The price for the car wash is great. The price for the vacuum centre is a big on the high side.
There is a sufficient amount of parking. The spots are about the same size as Costco parking spots.

As like everyone else, I came in for the free car wash at around 830 PM on a weekday night. It was PACKED and we waited 30 minutes, but what do you expect when its for free?
The place is huge and it also looked like there was a storage facility associated with the car wash. What's good is that its a continuous line, not a stop and wait for the car ahead of you sort of deal.
It isn't a no touch car wash which is what some people want, but I thought it was pretty cool with all fancy lights and different soap colors.

I'm a big fan and a regular at the original location on Terminal. So when I heard they are opening several other location and one near my place needless to say I was very excited. When I got the flyer in the mail advertising Free wash all November, Bonus!!! We came to check it out one night. Lines were long about 20-30 minutes wait. Well organized place and helpful staff. Very nice facility. The actual carwash itself was ok, we didn't really get rinsed, when we were in the dying section and we were still very soapy. I guess I can always go back and get another free wash. Normal
