Four Seasons Oasis Automatic Car Wash has been proudly serving the area since 1952 when husband and wife team Elgin and Helen Arnold started out with a bucket, a hose and a strong work ethic. The business has steadily grown over the last six decades in the North Vancouver area. Helen (who also owned and ran Helen's Children's Wear in North Burnaby for 60 years) continues her husband's vision for excellent service for all our customers.
At Four Seasons Oasis Automatic Car Wash, we are very proud of our reputation in the area for personalized service with a smile. While steaming is happening, one of our employees wipes the dash and cleans the interior of the windows. Even with our thorough attention to detail, a typical car wash at Oasis takes only about 10 minutes!

$31….. and third time ( and last) I’ve been to this car wash. I had to spend 20 minutes after cleaning all the spots they missed . Which was on every part of the car front to back. The last two times I pointed out all the spots they missed . This time I did not have time . They are big hand size areas as well. They need to slow down so they can do a better job. From now on I’ll drive to Burnaby or Surrey and do it myself and save $. Automatic car washes are even worse than Oasis. Sadly it’s quantity over quality here…But if your looking for a quick lazy wash ……

Missed so many spots inside the car and when asked the employee he said ask the other employee to do it… same rag that was used to clean the dash was used to clean the windows
I don’t blame them, there is lack of training and underpaid…. Owner sitting inside behind the cash and not doing a quality check. I should have read the reviews before. This place has so much potential. If you ever think of selling let me know.

I went to this car wash after a long road trip my vehicle was clean from inside as I clean it quite regularly, I had a few garbage in cup holder and I asked the vacuum person if they could throw the garbage away and they replied “yes” the price is ridiculous!!! $31 is a total rip off!!!!!! Honestly it is not worth $31 at all for a wash and vacuum.. they do a really quick wash it’s the easiest $31 they make in 5 min. Car was not looking good at all. Windows were dirty, dashboard had marks on it, they scam

Just paid to have my car cleaned and washed….. well apparently this is what a clean car looks like!?! I now have to clean it myself back home even tho I paid for this! Very disappointing and an absolute waste of money!!!

I went to get my car washed because I was gifted a free wash coupon. Chose the wax option as well. Was the very first car they washed all day, and they completely scratched the paint on my hood. Extremely unacceptable, and they won’t do anything about fixing the issue.
You are better off washing your car yourself.

Very bad service. 32 dollars for doing the 10 dollars job that other automated carwashes do !! No proper inside vacuum cleaning or dashboard cleaning. After going there, my car got a strange noise in the case of full break. I believe it is related to the rolling chain they used to drag the car. Do Not Go to this place !!

It may be family owned but, over the last few years the quality of the final clean has really gone down hill. Covid has not helped the situation.
My last clean resulted in the inside front window not being cleaned, 3 rd time in a row. The remnants of a sneeze last summer were still evident. Carpets not vacuumed, front dash not dusted. Door wells not vacuumed. It wasn't until a week later I noticed the side rear passenger window still has Schmutz on the outside.
I have one final coupon to use and then I'll be finding somewhere else. e

While I appreciate that this place is very cheap, I would have happily paid double for them to actually wash my car. My truck was just as dirty when I picked it up as when I brought it to them and I ended up having to wash it myself. I'm writing this review because despite Oasis being very inexpensive, it's a waste of time because they don't do the service they sell. I left with berries still on the hood of my car, mud in the back of my pickup and dog hair and spilled coffee in my console. Like I said, I would have happily paid more for them to just get the job done. The one star

I am always impressed by the care and quality of this car wash. I have been bringing my car to oasis for probably 15 years now. Staff are always very friendly and thorough. I always get the wax and, unlike, some of the automatic car washes, they get every spot. It is a little pricier than the auto washes. However, you truly get what you pay for... An excellent job.

Worst car wash ever. Lazy disinterested, unprofessional and careless staff. My car came out in almost the same dirty condition. Kindergaten kids would have done a better job. A guy drove out my car, left the engine running with the keys inside and walked away. I was still inside the building and had no idea my car was was ready. They were really the worst ever hand car wash. Too bad you can't give negative stars here.

I've been going here every two weeks during the summer and I am finally done with this place. For $23.95 it's a total rip off. You are basically paying for an interior vacuum and outer wash that you could do better yourself. Today they didn't even wipe my interior down even a little bit. Out of the 5 times I've gone, I was only really happy one time when they did a good job. I would have continued to go here but they have lost my business. There are also no garbage cans.

I love this place. Such lovely people all standing ready to help you have a clean car in the least amount of time, inside and out! About six guys swarm over my vehicle, vacuuming, washing and wiping, before driving it into the wash.
There is a second team in here, who soap it down as my car gets pulled through the washer and air dryer.
On the other side of the fabulous jet waxxing machine are more guys, giving it a once over with the drying cloths.
This, for only $20 to $25.
Now if only there was coffee in the waiting room, it would get an extra star 😆🍵

The worst to bring your car in! I called 15 min ahead to make sure they are open .. i made it thru the traffic. Those scary looking people and the supervisor with a weak leg .. told me that cash machine is broken. We can't serve you. At least for the sake of the customer service since i told you i came from a long way .. just propose to clean the interior as a courtesy .. or some sort of thing. Not just: you have to leave, we dont serve nobody anymore. What a douch bag. Anyway, i am glad i never had to do my car here. I am writing this in their yard and i will make sure to advertise it on

Think of this as a two and a half star review, don't hate it, but don't like it that much either. What I do like about it is probably what works against it ever getting any more stars out of me. It's retro, in case you hadn't heard, and by retro I mean all of Oasis' washing equipment was made in the 50s. I love all the vintage gear, the spinning brushes made of exotic materials, high-pressure wind nozzles and all that sheet metal painted and polished to an impressive level, too bad the finished cars aren't as clean.

A friend bought me five car washes at Oasis. The first time I went, I pulled up in the line for vacuuming, and an attendant walks up to say that they can't wash my car. He said my Mini Cooper was too small. A previous review noted how time has stopped at Oasis--with everything being retro. It seems that the car wash equipment may be out of date.
However, when I returned with a larger sedan, the car received a good clean inside and out.

Please save your self from a very bad experience!!! It will leave you sad for a while until you wash your car again. ANYWHERE else but here. I have never had such a bad car wash job done to my car! It looks like they took bunch of dirty dust rags and spread it around your car. Dirty inside and outside and now my windshield inside is dirty, which was clean BEFORE I took the car into that very bad car wash.
Please don't ruin your day, go to any other car wash, but here! Now I need to wash my car again, after them washing my car.
