Honesty is often lacking at quick lube shops. I have been to many that will do the work, then surprise you with charges and a high bill that you weren't expecting. It's not pleasant.
I was happy to have a better experience here. They were up front with me on what was being done, how much it would cost, and what I could expect. The oil change was done very quickly with no high pressure upsell, and I was on my way in about ten minutes.

Went in for a oil and filter change and walked out with my transmission leaking. Kim and Ritvik went above and beyond to fix my transmission to ensure I have a safe ride back home. The duo diagnose the source of the leakage and temporarily fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. They have integrity and knowledge! Both are hard workers and we’re managing the shop without going on a break! Clearly understaffed at the time and in need of staff so employees can have adequate breaks.

Had an oil change done and paid $113 and they did not put on my gasket for oil plug and now it leaks and it never leaked before this ,so I will never return for an oil change. Just checked receite and the synthetic oil change was $131 so even better price for an oil leak they gave me, also over filled my oil by half a litre without even changing my oil filter ,way over the high point on my oil dip stick.

What an awful experience! Made appointment to have SUV full detail. Dropped vehicle off at scheduled time. I was told they would start right away and to come back in 3-4 hours . When I returned 4 hours later the vehicle hadn’t even been touched. NOTHING at all was done, no phone call to let us know they were going to be running late or unable to… complete the service . Completely unprofessional and honestly, I could have understood if at the very basic level of customer service we would have been notified and not wasted our day waiting . How can a business be run like this and expect

Monday the 3rd (long weekend) I had come in for an oil change, I arrived upon opening thinking I could get as advertised a quick “12 minute oil change” and head to the beach to enjoy my day off as being in healthcare I do not get much time to myself. I had my dog in my backseat as well.
Little… did I know this would take my whole day.
While changing the oil, I was informed that the staff member had broken part of the assembly on my vehicle trying to remove it - which resulted in a leak.
They did not have the part that was broken
