I want to thank Dr. Ahmed that he made it possible for me to smile again. He did 3 implants for me , of the front upper teeth ( the incisors ) which were broken and had crowns . My case was very bad and difficult to reconstruct because there was infection going on for years under the crowns made improperly by a previous corrupt dentist in another country. I had lost bone mass and the roots were eroding. Regardless of all this Dr. Ahmed did the impossible to give me brand new teeth looking exactly the same as my original teeth . It was almost 3 years process . Dr. Ahmed is a very high level orthodontist

I have a paralyzingly fear of needles/sharp objects. At my appointment I had an anxiety attack and almost went running in fear- My hygienist Stephanie was patient, calm and understanding. Oral care is very important to overall health and I understand it’s not everyone’s favourite. I highly recommend this clinic. I felt safe, respected and in control. Thank you for the great experience.

If you are looking for a dental office where you receive excellent dental care AND are also made to feel like family, this definitely is the place to be! Dr. Cheryl Tuira is amazing (not just because we both have the same love for strong coffee), but she is also very knowledgeable and caring and helped me to make an informed decision on my… replacement crown. Dr. Vitoratos performed wisdom tooth surgery on my daughter, and he was extremely patient and took the time to ensure that the procedure was explained in detail. Good customer service needs good quality patients, maybe people like you deserve to be treated with poor customer service (adam rashid) As I am a patient with Riverside, all the staff are nice and respectful. If you are not happy with the customer service, you’re more than welcome to go somewhere else to be treated nicely.... as if... 😉

Dr Zia is one of the best dental doctors in the city. I have been going to his clinic for a long time.
I have give the clinic a three stars is because of the receptionist. She has forgotten the primary functions of her job (customer service). For customer service I would give her a zero star. It’s sad that just because of one person the whole clinic suffers.

The dentists and dental hygienist are excellent and the staff is wonderful! I first found Riverside Dental Clinic through Ottawa Dental Emergency. Dr. Al-Barazanchi and Dr. Al-Hakak are very knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. I have been going to them for the past 7 years since an emergency visit in 2012. Before finding them, I was so afraid of dentists that I had all my work done sedated in the previous 10 years. Dr. Al-Barazanchi and Dr. Al-Hakak are so excellent, and I have never had any pain when they treated me. I am so happy that I can go to the dentist without having to be put to

You can file an online complain to Dental association of Ontario if you are not happy or satisfied with their work.
But do not criticize these two doctors in their office, otherwise they are going to do same thing wrong with your dental work. They are spreading wrong news around the office and you will be humilated by staffs.
Dr Dhia force ably removed my tooth which resulted bleeding and stitches. To suffer more, he even didn't prescribe pain killer or anti biotic.

I have been a patient for more than 5 years and i am very happy with both Dr.Alhakak and Dr.Barazani. the hygienists and staff are very knowledgeable and kind! the doctors are also very knowledgable and when they cant do something they refer you to another professional. Pretty dissapointing that this dentist would give you an appointment at 11:30 am and only get to you at 12:57 pm, also worth noting i came here before aswell and also was waiting a long time after my appointment to see a dentist. Very very unorganized , the staff would always use an excuse of "sometimes things happen and delay the dentist" well next time schedule less people in a day?:)

Dr. Dias and his staff including Ilham are excellent! We sponsored a Syrian family and the father has gone to Dr. Dias several times over the last month. Dr. Dias takes the time to explain things twice: once in Arabic to Marwan and another time in English to me. He is patient and very caring. I highly recommend Dr. Dias!
