Had a very bad service experience - my prescription safety glasses don't fit at all (they fall off if i tilt my head forward, rather defeats the purpose) and i was told "we can't help with that"
Scott Coburn downtown Guelph had no difficulty with fitting an earlier pair with the same frame.
Lesson learned, stay downtown for eyecare.
