I treated myself to a beautiful (and expensive) argillite bead from this stores website in late August 2015. It split and broke while I was wearing it a month and a half later. I contacted the store rep/ owner regarding my issue. I was told that a return/refund was not possible according to store policy ( check that out before you buy) and offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. Why would I buy again? The bead was beautiful, but the beware if you have a problem shortly after your purchase.
