I knew my back brakes were done Saturday afternoon and had to go out of town Monday afternoon. Sunday night looked for places in Aylmer that I could hopefully get into Monday. I called Monday morning at eight and they said I could bring it in right away. Got there at nine, quote by ten, and fixed by noon with a lifetime warranty on the brake pads. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Will be getting any further maintenance done here one hundred percent. Flex pipe that they installed broke about 11 months later. When I called just to see if the aftermarket part had a warranty at all I was told "no problem they would fix it up under warranty." Booked time off work to bring it in and when I got there was told they wouldn't cover it before even looking at it. It's fine if the manufacturer of the part doesn't offer a warranty but dont tell me on the phone otherwise. Or if it was a mistake on the phone call me and tell me rather than waiting until I get there. I have other work that needs to be done and I'll be taking it to a more honest shop.

I started following Arrow Performance on Instagram then met Ryan at the Berlin Klassik in Grand Bend with his limbo Jetta. After talking to him for a little while, I knew that he was the guy to talk to about wheels and slamming my MK4. I couldn't be happier with Ryan and the technician that worked on my car. I couldn't believe the experience I had, this young boy helped me out and gave me all sorts of great information. When I went to praise the young mans work either, I was told that boy didn't work here, and hadn't for some time. The boy I described had actually died 12 years ago that day in the shop back before it was Arrow Tire. I get a cold chill every time I go by. The rest of the service was great but I can not bring myself to go back.
