What can I say, if I were able to add more stars I would. Amazing guys so polite and patient, I pretty much drove every car on the lot until I was able to make my decision, and also bought a second for my significant other. Responsive and friendly. The process to buy a vehicle from Cedar Auto was flawless! They had the exact vehicle I was looking for and other options with their vast inventory. I took the vehicle for a test drive and purchased it the same day. I picked it up in the next few days. There were no hidden fees and they even organized installation of winter tires and rims. They honored everything they advertised and now a year later I still could not be happier with my experience. They sold me a fantastic car that was in great shape. I have had no issues with my vehicle what so ever and would buy from them again!

2 MONTH UPDATE: after a month we noticed a brake squeak. Contacted Hussein who told us to touch base in 2 weeks if it didn’t sort out, which it didn’t. He then got us in for a quick and easy repair!!! We continue to be amazed by the thoughtful , beyond expectation service of Cedar Auto. Thanks again Hussein!!

Responsive and friendly. Vehicles are well priced and there's low sales pressure. I test drove a few vehicles and the only thing I got back was "that's a really nice car." No pressure on extended warranty - was told that it was $x if I wanted it with no follow ups.
Lot was clean, vehicles were all washed, cleaned and neatly arranged.
Web site is kept accurate and up to date so easy to walk in knowing what's available.

Shopping for a car for my daughter, although I didn't buy a car there (yet), had a good and relaxed experience at this dealership. I recently bought a car from Cedar Auto of London and couldn't have had a better experience. They have an exceptional selection within all price ranges. I don't live there and had only a couple of days and they accommodated me and got the car ready in no time. Although, I bought an low price car, I was treated as I was buying a top of the line. The staff was very attentive. Well worth the trip to London.

The salesman, Kamal was not pushy whatsoever with the sale and is very knowledgeable. I just picked up a Hyundai Elantra from them tonight and I couldn't be happier with it! The car was delivered with a new clutch, brakes, and oil and was detailed inside and out. They were great to deal with, they provided lots of detail about the car and gave me a great deal as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a good used car in the London area!
