Had really great service from Matt at Southdale/Empire Auto. He came to our house to make it easier with three kids and a busy work schedule. It was prompt with replies and knew what I wanted on the first try (twice now actually!). I have experienced buying two cars from Matt starting with a small car and now a large 7 seater to fit my growing family. I am grateful to know who to go to for any auto purchases. Was looking for a vehicle that doesn't hit the market often and found one in their inventory. Gave them a call and spoke with Adel. He was great to deal with. From the get go he was very professional and polite. When agreeing to purchase the vehicle there was little negotiation done on the price because he gave me a great price from the start on it. Since then there were a couple small things I've noticed over the month that I wanted or would like done and the team there has went above and beyond to help me find the proper contacts and referrals. I would recommend this place and Adel to anyone

Extremely professional and efficient. Kyle helped me start to finish and was absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped find me a car that I loved and fit within my budget, the knowledge and customer service can’t be beat. Plus getting approved was easy. Test drove on a Monday and picked my car up that Friday! Highly recommend!
