We had a very pleasant experience at Mega auto. They are a family based business and truly go out of their way for you. Very personable and yet professional. This is our 2nd vehicle we bought from them and would definitively recommended to others. I have to add that they were very patient and honest as well!!

The service at Mega auto is second to none. Being a woman and car stupid I appreciate the fact that Vlad takes the time to not only research in depth the issues I was having with my Impala. He took the time to make sure I understood. He would then help me weigh the options. Give me practical advice. Including letting me know if something could wait. Find me the best deal on parts and made sure he charged me a fair price. I have always felt taken care of at Mega Auto.

My dad bought our Honda from Mega Auto and it is the best car we own so far. We live in the neighborhood across the street and we constantly see all the new cars arriving to this dealership. The owner is very knowledgeable and great at explaining everything you possibly need to know about purchasing a car! I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone, the cars are very clean with great low prices!

I was a potential buyer from Niagara calling if I could hire a mechanic in the area to test drive the car on my behalf, see if it was worth my time to make the long drive to London.
According to OMVIC, of which is dealer is a member of, this is well within my rights as an informed customer.
Vlad rudely denied my request right away, accusing me of "making no sense."
Needless to say, it would not have made a difference to him had I not told him that a professional mechanic would be test driving the car.
This red flagged to me right away that this dealership is trying to hide something with its

This is the place nightmares are made from. I traded my golf for a mazda 5 to better accommodate my 2 kids and 2 dogs. It came safetied. 4 days after getting it i found myself at the side of the road calling a tow truck. Clutch went and flywheel as well as cv boot that should have been caught during its safety test as well as brake rotors that wobble. Vlad tried to blame me... But ive been driving manual for 10 years. On the test drive he kept saying i was riding the clutch so i didnt notice it was on its last leg. Mechanics said no way it waa me. Vlad paid for the clutch part but nothing else
