I have just received my cheque for my car accident. I cannot say enough about Economical Insurance, from start to finish of the transaction they were amazing to deal with and were there with me every step of the way. I have dealt with Heinsoo for 26 years. We have never missed a payment. Recently my husband changed banks. The same day Tom called to tell us there was a problem the insurance company cancelled our policy. When I called Tom he told me he could probably reactivate our account but rather than being apologetic (I am sure it is illegal to cancel a policy the same day that the client is informed there is an issue) he scolded me and sounded annoyed (clearly customer retention means nothing to him). Found new insurance in less than 24 hours at less than 1/2 the price with a very reputable insurance company
