This company's lease finance program is great! Low interest rate for bad credit situations and they don't write their lease deals like a traditional lease company, meaning that the residual buy out is reasonable and not 1/2 the original price of the vehicle, so it is possible to buy out with out the stress! Also they had been flexible with me when I wanted to make larger payments toward the end of my lease term. If I ever lease again, I will go back to Transcan Leasing!

I dealt with this company for several years leasing a Hyundai Tucson. I have to tell you that they have been the best financing company that I have ever worked with. So many things went on in life during the time that I had this vehicle and rather than treating you like you’re just a number they treat you like an actual human being and help in anyway that they can ! They break down in layman’s terms of what is happening every step of your lease process.
I have already recommended their services to friends that admire my new ride. If your looking to lease a vehicle for any reason this is the ONLY place you should be looking. I know I will be using them again when my current lease is up.

Terrible leasing company! Avoid at all costs!! Do not expect anything to be handled easily and professionally. All they care about is the MONEY - they expect you to keep up with the biweekly payments, but if you miss a payment, be prepared for threatening and harassing emails from MAURO - the NEW, INEXPERIENCED, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNINTELLIGENT - Accounts Receivable Manager. In terms of your car having mechanical issues, expect nothing but lies and misleading information. Do yourself a favor and never get involved with TransCan Leasing.

I was going to send my car back and Greg and his team worked it out so I did not need to give up the vehicle I purchased.there was a hugh mixup with my purchase. Whereas I bought it threw procredit! DONT EVER DEAL WITH PROCREDIT THEY ARE GARBAGE
Was firstly approved for a truck.then wlabout 3 weeks later was called by the dealership manager and told I was not approved for an truck I was approved for a car.and the rep that was telling me I was getting my truck delivered had been fired a week prior. And I had to pick it up in Edmonton.6hour drive for something I did not want but was told I had signed

Here's my email to them they won't answer...
Seems how i can never seem to reach anyone by phone I guess we will have to communicate by email. May be the best Idea any ways seems how we have been mislead during every single phone call.
So I have some difficulty understanding what is even happening in this situation.
When covid struck in March and the economy was shut down my husband and I both become jobless as we were not essential services.
We called and we were informed that we could defer our lease payment.
The first payment was deferred then two weeks

Not too sure about the current service because I don’t know where I am with my lease agreement. I have tried to get information on my balance owing so I can look at trading up. However for some reason or another they’re dodging my request! No payment have been withdrawn from my account in 2 months and no one seems to have an answer. Overall I’d say my experience with them has been above average however Kyrsten when she was there was great. Don’t know what happened but she had my file on her at home working on it then got let go. I’m in the dark now.
