I just bought a ram 1500 from Drive Time. They are unlike any other dealership I have ever dealt with before, welcoming, honest, fast, helpful, and best of all make you feel like family. Gary was brilliant! I called and inquired about buying a new truck, 3 days later I drove it home. everything was ready when I showed up, just walked in went over the numbers and signed. I was super fortunate to have Dayna deliver my journey to me here in Williams Lake! Super great Lady! My kids absolutely loved hanging out with her till it was time for her flight home. Thank you to Jeff! My son moved from Ontario to BC to attend his first year at UFV. I contacted him in regards to a car, and within days, he had it ready to go, and set him to talk to an insurance broker.
He told me he would take care of my son, as I couldn't do much being so far away. He kept his word, and did much more.
I feel relieved knowing he can get around now. His first adventure in his Caliber a drive to Vancouver. :)

After this experience we have had with the Kia we bought from them. We were sold a lemon! I have paid for 2 tows now. And our warranty is not the kind where we can bring back the car to them. We are stuck again at the side of the highway in Kamloops, with a car load of grocerys and a crying baby. Not happy!

Last year I needed to get a car for my wife and I couldn't be in town due to work, they managed to mail me all the paperwork and do everything online. I flew in for a bit to check out the car, other than that they had great service and were always a call away. I had friends in the car industry approve the price, which I think was fair, but it did take some negotiating, which you should always be doing anyways.
Here's the kicker, two months after the car had some electronics issues then the battery suddenly died, she took it to an approved service depot and turns out the battery died
