Mark and Ronald in the Service Department are absolutely the BEST!! I didn't buy my car from this dealership but have always had it serviced here. I would ABSOLUTELY buy from this dealership in the future and continue to use their service team.

My salesperson Kelly is fantastic. As soon as I contacted her, she went out of her way to help me with my brand new car. Had to get some "emergency" work done on my Fit. Was blown away by the speed and customer care provided by Westwood Honda. It was my first time having service work done there. Jonathan and his team were professional, honest, and very quick. Will happily use their services again in the future. I don't think it could have been a smoother process than it was.

I usually don't want to put business on blast but this type of oil change job angers me!! Last time I took my car to Westwood honda just for a oil change service, not only did the service advisor upsold the crap out of me, but the dealer tech did not properly tighten my drain bolt. Me and my buddy found this leak when he helped me install a part on my car. Avoid going to Westwood honda at ALL COST.

My wife was looking for a small SUV when we spotted a Fiat on the lot on Sunday, with no sales person on the job we had a family member check it out Monday - Bryant Zhang helped with information, he impressed my family member so much the comment to us was if you go back,see Bryant Zhang - we did and he did not fail - he made us at home knowing we were truly interested he did not apply pressure - actually made us feel at home. Not very impressed with them. My boyfriend bought a VW Jetta from them barely 2 months ago, and we recently noticed the trunk has a leak and we went down there to see if they could do something since we just bought it and they just told us that we aren't covered. Selling us a leaky car is something I except from a dumpy car shop not this place. It's their responsibility to check cars and at least tell us if there is a leak. And just another side note when we bought the car we noticed another car for sale in their lot had its sun roof half open on a raining night so obviously they don

No accountability. Not keeping customers informed. My Honda Pilot 2016 has been at the shop for 1 week. However I have so much trouble getting updates on the status. They were too busy to make a 5 mins phone call to update me.. What kind of service is this?? I tried calling them after 5 days for two consecutive days. Each time I was told that they will call me back with updates.. but no return phone call. Finally got them on the 7th day (I called again), my car still needs to wait for parts.

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2018 Honda CRV from Westwood Honda. We found the sales rep, Mike Afshar ,to be very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. There was no sales pressure from Mike or any other person at this dealership.
After a short time, the car experienced some technical issues and that is when this dealership did what many will not, they stood in front of their warranty and service, not behind it.

I can't believe how much this dealership cares about you and your wants and needs. Rysan McGiver is an amazingly caring person. I sold my work truck to him and after getting home decided to buy my next vehicle with his help . We tried to finance a used PONTIAC SUV but it was not possible because of the age of the vehicle. So I went home with a brand new Honda HRV . Thank you for all your help.

I took my vehicle in for a recall service. when i went to pick it up there was a part that wasn't attached properly and needed a new part to reattach so i called them the next day because i picked it up after shop hours.
The service advisor said he would look into it. He called me back saying the mechanic never touched that part of the vehicle and basically called me a liar. I take my vehicle there for a simple oil change and all of my services since new. There's one thing i hate more than anything and that's being called a liar. Took my 3yr old Honda in for a warranty issue and a service check. Service staff is clearly a commissioned sales crew, the pressure is real. 2 hours later they call to let me know my car is ready. Upon arrival, they inform me that my warranty issue is not covered (despite the 7yr comprehensive that the original salesman sold me on, it's the bluetooth speaker on the CRV). It'll be another appointment and $250. Also, they attempted to change out my rear pads as they were less than 20%. I declined. When I brought the vehicle home I found my pads to be 6mm. New pads are spec'd at 8mm

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICING OTHER THAN AN OIL CHANGE!! LIES... all lies. They gave me a list a mile long of things that needed repair replacement and I was suspicious considering I am a woman and was alone and the vehicle was fine and checked a few months ago at another Honda dealership. I took it to a trusted mechanic who then told me the majority of the list was unnecessary!!! It would have cost me 1000s of dollars if I took the managers word at Honda. Now I only paid a few hundred for needed replacements and top ups. WHAT A DISGRACE! RIP OFF ARTISTS. DO NOT TRUST!!

I was impressed. I steer clear of Dealerships due to cost, but when Westwood's price is only $8 higher than an oil replacement company, I take note. A really pleasant experience from free wifi, free coffee, attentive service techs, turned down my need for a new battery as I didn't need one would point out that they really do care for their customers. Not only will I return, but I will buy my next Honda there. OK, their magazines in the waiting lounge are pretty old, but I would highly recommend them.

I have not purchased a car in over 20 years and was worried about a lot of things. Jamie and Heather guided me through the entire process with their expansive knowledge, compassion and warmth. I bought a Nissan Leaf - electric is where it's at. If you purchase a car from this dealership, you will be pleasantly surprized. Treat these people well. They are gold, and they work very hard to make sure everything for your purchase is in order. The on-site insurance representative was fantastic as well.

I experienced poor service at Westwood Honda. I was looking for a particular used car, and called ahead to ensure it was still on their lot. They said it was. I drove from North Vancouver to Port Moody, and it wasn't there. Apparently sold three days prior. I sat in a nearly identical car to see whether I liked it or not, and I didn't like it at all.
