Not overly impressed with sales tactics and lack of willingness to negotiate with us..

Sales person tried to tell us that our front and rear camera system (which we bought and installed ourselves) was included in the trade in value of our vehicle- however he didn't know anything about it until we asked to remove it before completing the trade in..

Sales associate also told us that trade in value includes our winter tires and the original stock tires- yet from thorough research Mazda does not sell used tires, and they'd simply be disposed of.

Epic service last minute after a panic attack and emergency light going on in my car! They ushered me in immediately and realizing it was simply a tire pressure warning, they checked all my tires, gave me a car wash and sent me on my way within 1/2 hour! All gentlemen, courteous and speedy! HIGHLY recommend the service at Wolfe Langley Mazda! Great crew!

Aaron was absolutely the most helpful car salesman we have ever dealt with. I did not feel forced or pressured into buying a car, and was supported through the entire sales process. Everybody from finance to the sales manager was very warm and welcoming. We are the proud owners of a 2022 Mazda 3 GX, thanks to the experience we had at Wolfe Mazda in Langley. Although the process did not go as smooth as I hoped, you all did your best to help resolve any issue that arose. Exceptional service without that typical "salesman pressure" - we worked with John Barrand. We HIGHLY recommend him and are very satisfied with our purchase and the follow through from this company. Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring, Efficient, and didn't leave us feeling uneasy. He sat down with us in the SUV and explained all the little features and even helped pair both our apple and android phones up properly before leaving the lot. We had our previous Mazda3 for 7 years, so we decided that it was time to upgrade. We have a growing family AND our previous Mazda was really good to us. If I could give 10 Stars I would! Excellent customer service, just bought a New Mazda Cx5. Sales team was great! Found me exactly what I asked for in a short period of time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new Mazda or just servicing their old Mazda.
Staff was friendly, down to earth, and communication was perfect! Every step of the buying process was enjoyable. This is my second time buying a new Mazda from Wolfe Langley Mazda, and I will defiantly be back in a few years when its time to trade in again.

I have a 2009 CX9 which has a phantom drain problem since year of 2019, and the vehicle is drawing 500+ mA even it is sitting idle. 3 times I let Langley Mazda work on it, but they still cannot fix it. What is worse is that every time they claimed they fixed it.
First time, they replaced a relay. After a few days sitting at home idle, issue occurred again.
Second time, they claimed the battery problem, and I replaced it. same result.
Third time, they replaced the driver door handle sensor, and I replaced it. I thought they nailed it this time, but again they did not.

Stay far far away. We were really excited 5 years ago to buy our first Mazda. We had read good reviews, and went in with an idea of what we wanted. While the Mazda is fine, the dealership has been a pain since the moment we walked out the door. We get biweekly phone called harassing us/begging us to come in for (heavily overpriced) service appointments. I have called, emailed, and pleaded for them to stop calling me in the middle of my work day about this, and yet, they continue to cold call to drum up "maintenance" business, like clock work. I wish I could rate the dealership and the techs separately. Dealership is having issues at the moment. Service and parts department needs to get back on track. When it's not busy. The lady service advisor farts around more than 30 minutes to complete the paperwork despite the customer waiting in her presence. The invoice wasn't complicated. Went to Wolfe Langley Mazda to look at a car that I was interested in. Things started out positive but for the follow up conversations and negotiations things fell apart. Felt like I was bounced from sales associate to sales associate as someone was always away or out of the office. No consistency really. Asked about getting bars for a roof rack installed and was told they would get back to me and nobody did. Never got a handshake or a "thank you for your business." Tried Specialty Subaru in North Vancouver. They are not too helpful. Went to Wolfe Subaru in Langley and made my purchase. Very pleased with my sales person, Matthew and was able to find a lease back Forester with low mileage which saved me a few thousand dollars too boot. Love the car and the dealership. Gary

I dealt with Shane who I found via an Autotrader post and he provided me a quote quickly just over phone and email on a CX-5 and some accessories. He was very straightforward, and provided the lowest quote out of about 4 around the lower mainland and also offered way more on my trade in than I was being offered at another dealer. I accepted over the phone and when I showed up to pick up the car, all the paperwork was as expected.

They forgot to install my wheel locks and because it was late on a Sunday, weren't able to get them, but when I called back a month later to get them, they told

Make sure if you are looking for a used car here you get the actual price first. I drove out here from burnaby to find out they price they advertised was from 12500. The car I called and talked about was now 14500. Since when do you price used cars this way?? Anyways besides that I found Drew to be very helpful and nice.

So I always get my tune-ups through the dealerships thinking that they would know their cars best = quality work. Last time I took my Mazda 3 into the Langley Wolfe Mazda they told me I needed to get my brakes and shocks replaced right away. I didn't have the funds at the time, but when i did I finally took the advice of many friends who told me to go to a place like Mr Lube or Fountain Tire....
So when I took it into Fountain Tire they charged me half of what Mazda did for a regular fluid change and they told me that my brakes and shocks were perfectly fine without me even asking!

A few exceptional staffers (very few) are not enough to make up for the pack of arrogant unprofessional scoundrels. My experience involved more time waiting in the lounge than working on the deal, catching the receptionist browsing male lingerie on the front desk computer, a finance manager informing me that the sales manager has no idea what hes doing and a bag of broken assurances and sneaky money grab tricks. Buyer beware, double check your numbers (seriously, we found two simple math "mistakes"), get it all in writing or better yet, go to west coast Mazda as I eventually did after
