Owner has no customer service skill and he’s so rude. There are other mattress stores next to them who have competitive pricing but they will treat you like a customer.
There’s a Guyanese guy ( nothing to do with nationality but not aware of his name) who dealt with us, I don’t want to take names.
The experience was very disrespectful. Ended up buying the mattress from another seller near by. Treat your customer better.

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!
I purchased a bed and a mattress and the guy was too nice and polite in the store and after one week mattress started shrinking which came with warranty and when i called the guy to change the mattress he asked me to bring the mattress and pay more money to get it replaced. After a long discussion he took the money and gave me a cheap mattress which is not even useful giving backaches and had to get a new mattress from different store.
Totally fraud they are polite when they have to sell stuff and when you get back with complaints they are totally different rude and

The owner is extremely kind and friendly. Have purchased a few mattresses and box spring over the past few years. Very good prices. I even showed up just as he was closing and was able to provide me with a purchase. And delivery was on time the next day. I am going back to purchase a double sided pillow top mattress real soon
