I ordered the mattress on Dec. 31 with a 7-10 day delivery. Finally I was told that they would deliver it on the morning of Jan 29. We removed the old mattress to get ready for the new one. Finally at 2:49 I called to find out where they were. I was told that they would find out ant let me know. An hour later I'm still waiting. Finally at 4pm I get a call about a flat tire and they don't have a spare. If you can drive a Mercedes van you can afford a spare. Any good delivery service would make sure they either have a spare or a tire service on call. They won't be able to get it fixed until Monday

Honestly the best people in the industry. These guys are The Stereotype Breakers, I've gone to a couple mattress stores looking for a new mattress and the sales people are always pushy and very rude. When I came here I was expecting the same thing but my God was I wrong. Amazing service amazing customer care, amazing ability to haggle and negotiate. I was able to get my mattress shipped to my doorstep free of charge and the guy actually helped me bring it inside. I went to all other big brands but could not find a perfect mattress at affordable price.just randomly googled and started going by the reviews. Sleepmasters review were really good, so I thought of giving a try and went to the store. Ali was really good and helpful. He took the order even late night and delivered the mattress next day. The mattress is also very comfortable and I am really happy with it. I would definitely recommend Sleepmasters because it’s not just the product but the customer service as well 🙂

Purchased 4 mattresses from Ali a couple years ago for myself and my family. Ali was very helpful in finding the right mattress for each of us and ensured all our sleep needs would be met. We are all very satisfied with our mattresses and the purchasing process. Baris delivered them all, he is so quick and makes it look effortless. We ordered 3 queen mattresses from Sleep Masters, Mr. Ali and Mr. Barış was so polite, helpful and most importantly punctual, if they are saying we are going to deliver that day they will and they text you before delivery so you can organize yourself before hand.

An amazing experience! Very happy with the service so far. Ali was Extremely helpful and knowledgeable…. And there was no pressure! We only have this mattress for a month (Dreamstar prestige Firm) but so far We love it ! The delivery was included and they were really efficient. The only thing is that I wished they could have put the bed together for us; although it was not very complicated, it still took us a few hours LOL.

Stay away from them, bought a Dream Star mattress which was faulty on delivery, 2 weeks of emails no refund or replacement. They claim that Dream Star will solve the issue, which does not make any sense. Since I bought it from them I should find a solution from them. Bad experience and I am definitely filling an official complaint against them to the ministry of trade

Definitely not a 5 star business. Received horrible customer service. They are unreliable and unprofessional. You cant take their word for anything. The products they sell are very poor quality and they dont honour the warranty. Stay away from this business at all costs. The raving 5 star reviews are fake and paid for by the owner. The business has been around for well over a year, yet they claim they have "grand opening specials" which is a dead giveaway.

Just purchased a mattress from them on boxing day 2015 and it was delivered today. So happy with it and it was exactly what my wife and i ordered. They make and manufacture the mattress themselves so you can get a very good deal with 15 years warranty. The guy we spoke with was very courteous and understanding of our needs. I think his name is Max,… but not 100% sure. I highly recommend them, and will definitely tell my friends about their store. If i purchase another mattress, i will not have 2nd thoughts of going back to them. More power to you Sleep Masters and all the best!
