We were referred to Springmade by a family friend and we're so happy we went with them. Unbeatable price, quality and service from Joe and team! We ordered a foam king mattress plus a king bed and queen bed. The locally made mattress was delivered promptly within a week as promised while the beds are taking a bit longer as they're imported. Based on the measurements for our staircase we knew that the king mattress was a tight squeeze to the 2nd floor. The delivery team arrived but lacked the necessary straps to compress the mattress in order to fit up the stairs. No problem, when the team called

We ordered and received 2 twin mattresses, box springs and frames, on our daughter's recommendations and her Mother in law. No problems received when they said good to deal with. Only thing we ordered a medium mattress and found it too hard for us. Called Joe no problem he is delivering 2 soft mattresses to us for the cost of delivery only since we are a piece away. Thank you Joe. Great company and product. Will refer to anyone we know that is looking for beds!!!

Joe was very nice to deal with. I was able to make a custom queen mattress for about $900. I’ve had the mattress for about 6 months now and no issues. I had small time window I needed the delivery for due to the moving elevator being booked and they were able to work with it. I had already recommended this place to others but we’ll see how long the bed lasts. Hopefully it’ll be about 10 years

We bought 3 mattresses over the last 16 years from this place, all of them are still in great shape being used every day and still going in fact I went yesterday for a 4th one. I drove about 70 KM to the store but it worth it. Great quality, amazing prices and very pleasant people to work with

Took delivery of my custom built Cali King mattress 1 month ago. It is extremely comfortable, has great build quality, and is a pleasure to sleep on. Joe was fabulous to work with, he answered all of my questions to ensure I was happy with my selection. The bed was manufactured and delivered on time, as promised.

Offers cheap prices for mattresses but you get what you pay for. Mattress sinks where you sleep within a few months. Called to have it fixed. Once we arrived with the mattress we were rudely informed that even though our mattress has a 10 or 15 year warranty label on it and even though they told me over the phone they’d fix it for free, we were told that none of that applies. So much for the warranty right???
Oh but they don’t tell you this till after they “fixed it”
