Purchased a mattress in-store and everything from the initial shopping experience to purchase to delivery was seemless and hassle-free. And love our new King mattress (incredible sleep for both of us ever since!). The absolute BEST in customer care and service. I purchased a boxspring online July 23rd 2021. I was told it was on back-order and (est.) delivery would be early August. True to their word - it was delivered today. The delivery guys (Boris & Mahar) were 2 of the nicest - most polite people. Very courteous - removed their shoes before entering the house - they were COVID-masked - and the best is they were very pet-friendly....I'll be back to Queensway Mattress in the near future for all my bedding needs.

I have purchased two mattresses from here, and most recently a mattress topper, after having a bad experience at a big box mattress store who I will not put on blast here. If you are looking for a mattress save yourself the time and go to Queensway Mattress. They are friendly, prices are competitive, and they really do go above and beyond to make the entire experience an easy one.

I bought a mattress, a frame and a box from them. I am surprised with their professional service and on time delivery. The delivery guy was so patience even though our concerige gave him some hard time.

The store had a great variety of mattresses for different preferences. My parents purchased a mattress a couple weeks ago and they delivered it in 2 days for free. Pricing is very good and the worker was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend checking out the place for good quality mattresses.

I had gone into Queensway Mattress to purchase a mattress for myself, but I wasn’t really sure about what I was going to get-since it was my first time buying one. Oz was very helpful; she educated me on the different mattresses that were there, and she really understood what I specifically wanted. The quality of the mattresses are amazing and incomparable!! I highly recommend Queensway Mattress. I had recently purchased a twin daybed frame from IKEA and couldn’t bring myself to buy my kids a cheap mattress from there. I searched on the internet looking for a quality mattress that would be the right height to fit and tuck away the trundle bed. I Facebook messaged Queensway Mattress asking if they had… a mattress with the height I needed without skimping on the quality.
