I have been a massage therapist for many years, since graduating from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2002. I have worked in a variety of locations throughout my career, from top spas to chiropractic offices and small business yoga studios. My goal is to provide an outstanding massage for my clients and I am able to incorporate Swedish techniques, stretching, trigger point work and all other facets of massage therapy.
While I offer relaxation treatments, many of my clients have commented on my strength and ability to provide a great deep tissue massage. During my training I have learned assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions using a combination of massage and mobilization techniques.

Services
Whether you choose a relaxation massage or a therapeutic massage for specific concerns, our Registered Massage Therapists will develop a treatment plan best suited for you. If you are new to massage or not sure what you're looking for, speak with your therapist who will customize your massage just for you.
Your massage therapist will greet you and take you to a private room to discuss any health concerns that you may have and answer any questions about your treatment or specific areas of concern. Your therapist will then leave the room and you will disrobe to your level of comfort and lay under the linens on the massage table.
We recognize that you want to receive regular, therapeutic massage therapy in a professional spa like atmosphere and we reward you for that. The more you visit, the more you save. Massage membership saves you money. Once a month you pay for a one hour massage, at a low member rate, which includes free aromatherapy.
Rave Massage is Winnipeg's first membership based massage therapy clinic. As an employee, everything will be taken care of for you - reception, cash handling, laundry, marketing and more. All of our treatment rooms are supplied with high quality linens, high-end electric massage tables, table and towel warmers and a sound system.
Your one hour session includes a pre-massage consultation with your therapist as well as dressing time. You can expect approximately 50 minutes of hands on treatment. Some people believe one treatment is enough; however, massage therapy is usually most beneficial when it is performed regularly. Our massage therapists can develop a program that fits your needs and lifestyle.

Great therapists - gave 5 stars 7 months ago. But front desk booking procedures and communication are completely lacking. My previous 2 appointments were booked a month in advance, but were cancelled at the last minute (a couple of hours), with an offer to reschedule with a different therapist and at a different time / day. Then - this past Saturday - received an email notification for "last minute openings Sunday (today) & Monday". I booked immediately (within 30 min). I arrived today to find the "last minute opening" was for next Sunday (not what the email offered). Hugely unimpressed. ***The

I’ve seen Victor twice now. Excellent service! Very thorough, a consultation each visit to make sure I get the most out of my treatment. Friendly and positive attitude, very professional. Deep tissue has really helped my problem areas already by the next day! I highly recommend! The office is clean and quiet. I love that the massage tables are heated. Thanks Victor :)

I had my first visit to the clinic recently and was very disappointed. I will first say that the clinic itself is very nicely done, aesthetically, and does have a nice vibe to it. I appreciated that all the employees were conscious of being quiet in the lobby area as to not disturb the treatments going on in the rooms. My issue was the actual massage practice and communication.
First, the massage therapist didn't even introduce themselves.

Erin Robin Kennedy was my RMT, she was fantastic! Felt amazing after the massage. She also shared a lot of very good information with me, as well as suggestions for exercises. Definitely coming back to see her, and highly recommend coming to see Erin. Very calming and peaceful.

I’ve only ever had an amazing experience at Rave! Their website has very helpful information about every therapist, which makes it easy to find someone who is a good fit for your needs. Extremely disappointed in customer service at Rave. I booked a couples massage a month in advance for Valentine's Day, I confirmed my appointment over the phone a week in advance because it was a surprise gift. Hours before my scheduled appointment, I checked my voicemail and they had cancelled my appointment! Saying that they were too busy to accommodate my appointments because I did not confirm and Valentines Day is busy! Unprofessional on their part. Bailey the receptionist did not honour my booking and cancelled my appointment. I would of booked elsewhere if I knew my massages would be

Nice decor, professional presented and ran. Clean. But actual massage was average. Deep tissue most of it was just a light to medium body rub. When working muscles, it was only for a few minutes at most, and lightly at that. Even though they asked on pressure levels. Seems the person was more interested in conversing energy for the next one, and the next one...find smaller one or two person shops offer better massages and listen to the customer on pressure levels, etc. Not gong back.

Rave is located in the new strip mall across from St. Vital mall - they opened in March 2014. It's one of the city's first membership-based massage therapy clinic. You can opt in for free by agreeing to pay for a one hour massage every month at a reduced price. Apparently it rolls over if you don't use it and you can get unlimited massages at that same reduced price. The ambiance feels like somewhere between a regular massage clinic and a more spa like place. The place has a very serene feel to it and is quite large as there are a number of rooms in the back.
