Got a bed with frame and dresser from here. Frame fell apart after 3 months. The sliders on the dresser I bought pre-built were put in backwards and slathered in Vaseline (likely due to the fact the sliders were backwards). The ball bearings that helped the sliders move fell out upon jostling the drawers to get them open after about 6 months use.
Far more worth it to buy furniture from Ikea or Jysk and build it yourself for half the price rather than pay someone to build it improperly.

Bought a reclining sofa from here 11 months ago. Was out of town for the first few months, so I've really only been using it for over half a year. I live by myself and I'm gentle with my furniture. Yet already there is a drastic rip along one of the most in-use seams on the sofa: the bending seam where the recliner opens. I contacted Back In Comfort to let them know the state of their product after just a few months, and the actual word-for-word response I received was "go to an upholsterer, best of luck."
