Excellent service, quality of product and all with a friendly smile from the start. Michael was a true pleasure to deal with! I actually used to live in the area and had no idea that this shop existed until a friend recommended them. I called Michael and set up an appointment right away. He took his time with us, explaining the benefits of each mattress and helped us make a great decision factoring in everything from comfort to cost. We bought our first Tempur-Pedic bed from Michael at the Home Show 15 years ago. When part of the bed broke off preventing us from adjusting the top of the bed, we contacted Michael and after discussing the problem, he gave us a replacement part for the bed and it worked properly. Thanks to Michael, this was a cost saving solution. We also felt it was time to replace our mattress. Michael was very helpful in choosing the right one and the delivery guys were careful, funny and a pleasure to deal with.

We purchased a split king leggat and platt adjustable bed from another dealer about 3 years ago. One of the beds suddenly stopped working. First tried to get help from L & P but could only get telephone assistance from U.S. office but they could not solve problem. Hunted around for local service provider and finally found this company. John was very helpful even though we did not buy the bed from his company. He ultimately sent service crew (John) who found and fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with the service and will definitely use this company for our bedding

Even though we were excited at the idea of buying a new mattress, going through the process of finding a good replacement option wasn't something we were looking forward to. Absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish!!! Purchased a zero gravity chair there 6 years ago, and returned to get another last month. The owner, and delivery and setup people are the same lovely client-centred folks, they really cannot do enough for their customers. What a great experience. Highly, highly recommend this business!

Service was so amazing— I was blown away. The repair job was not a big one, but it meant the world to my Dad, who was having issues with his the motor on his 15-year old adjustable bed. I called Beds Plus and the next day they came to fix the repair. Not only was the price very fair, but they fixed what they could and skipped what they should. They communicated very openly and honestly about the issues. The care, speed, price and service was A+. I run my own company and definitely appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. We purchased our bed just over 3 weeks ago and received it last week. To begin with, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Michael. He was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and helpful and a genuinely nice person. At no time did we feel under pressure to make a purchase. He was able to accommodate our requests and was all around very helpful. We weren't sure when the beds would arrive as the lock down was in place. Like us, our bed was very old (and uncomfortable), so we started shopping for a new one. Since our bed is also my ‘office’, I definitely wanted to look at adjustable beds this time, since they are the most comfortable beds. Amid the pandemic crisis my Mom had to deal with some health challenges that limited her mobility and ease of comfort. As a result, we made the decision to purchase an adjustable bed and a recliner.
