Five stars all the way - brought my 100 year old mantle clock in for a repair and cleaning. They had it for about three months (which was fine and expected) while they worked on taking the mechanism apart and cleaning repairing as needed. The clock works like new!! Hartman was recommended by another jeweller friend of mine for their clock repairs.

My Fiancée’s engagement ring needed resizing. Her uncle recommended Hartman’s. We were welcomed into the store by Steve. After a great conversation, we were well on our way and walked out the door in trust. The ring was ready in the timeframe he gave us. I picked it up and it was perfect! My Fiancée was so happy to have it back fitting perfectly on her finger. Thank you!!

We felt welcome and appreciated. At no point did I feel pressured. The staff truly listened to our wants, needs, and budget and helped us pick out the perfect engagement ring. They even remembered my name when I returned weeks later. I wanted a band in rose gold and they were able to do this in a matter of days. Incredible selection and I definitely got more ring, and diamond, for my dollar compared to other stores.

Stephen and his staff are both knowledgeable and very kind. You will definitely receive the best advice based on years of wisdom delivered in the kindest and most appropriate manner. I've had my watches fixed, a chain re linked and an appraisal done here. These guys are hands down the best service you will find in K/W and you avoid the money hungry jewelry Corporations that wont remember who you are five minutes after you've left the store. This is a must for ALL JEWELERY NEEDS!
