Start-to-finish excellent service. With only 7 weeks before the wedding, Cindy helped us design, build and deliver 2 custom wedding rings. My husband wanted to combine his parents' rings to make a brand new one using a design Kurtis Sales hadn't seen before. Not only did they rise to the challenge but the end result was stunning. As for my ring,… Cindy let me know 2 days before pick up that my center diamond had chipped and so she replaced it with a diamond that was similar but of a higher quality/value - free of charge! Cindy was honest and attentive to our needs without ever pressuring
