I just had Cool Sculpting session here with the nurse Sonya. She was fantastic! The sweetest person, very kind and so incredibly knowledgeable on the treatment. I felt so comfortable and safe and so far very happy with my results. All the staff here are very warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Highly recommend 8West for the best treatment in Vancouver, especially Cool Sculpting with Sonya, so smart and professional!!

Dr Buonassisi did the surgery aided by two highly competent and compassionate medical attendants. The whole process from the initial consultation, to the surgery and follow-up was very professional and caring. I just had another follow-up today - January 27, 2022.

Care about their patients, great value (price/service), honest about outcomes of the treatments and procedures. Offer free consultations and after the treatment follow up. Have regular promotions which obviously help! After being patient at other high-end dermatological clinics in town I can definitely recommend this place.

I am a new client at 8 west and have seen Jenn, RN for a brow lift and consultation, as well as,Sonya,RN for a skin consultation. I would definitely recommend the clinic and both Jenn and Sonya to others. I have found them both to be honest, skilled and straightforward as to what procedures and products would best meet my goals. The staff I have interacted with so far have been both friendly and helpful!! I also love the products the clinic sells everything from skin care to makeup and wellness!! 💃

I got a rhinoplasty done by Dr.B in June, and I am still in shock about how EASY recovery was for me! I had no pain at all after the surgery, did not need any pain killers (I even have a very low pain tolerance). I am so happy with my results, and people who know me don't notice I had work done. Sarah was great and helpful and I felt I was in good hands. I was nervous about IV/twilight sedation, but it is nothing to worry about, it was the best sleep of my life and I don't remember any of it. If you want a nice natural nose come here!

I had a cosmetic procedure done by Dr. B couple years ago. While overall I think he is a decent surgeon, he is not an artist, that any surgeon claiming he is plastic ought to be. I ended up with an asymmetry though not too visible. Also when removing stitches a piece of blue surgical thread was left under skin, which I pulled out after weeks of suspicion it wasn't just a vein under my skin

I got a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Buonassisi in June of 2021! My experience was amazing and would recommend Clinic 8 West to anyone looking to get a cosmetic procedure done!
I was very nervous going into it, but was made to be very comfortable. I had little to no pain after the procedure and I healed so well by July 2020 that you couldn’t even tell I had anything done!

I absolutely loved meeting with Lisa. I've gone to her for two procedures and I am so happy with the results of both treatments. I received Dysport for the sides of my eyes and forehead in between brows which has left my face virtually without a single wrinkle! She was gentle, genuine and conscious of what I wanted. Dysport was so quick and easy,… no pain whatsoever, just small pinches that almost feel nice. Results showed within a couple days.

Lisa is the most easiest professional to speak to. She doesn’t rush her consultations and takes her time listening to exactly what is being asked. She’s kind and honest. I spoke with Kelly a while back; actually I meant to write this review earlier but anyhow, Kelly was so helpful when I asked questions. And also gave me a reference to someone that does microblading in which was one of my questions and I will be going as soon as I get some free time from work. But my review right now is to just state how helpful Kelly was with answering everything honestly about certain surgery options and didn’t rush me on the phone. I had my lips done for the first time ever by Lisa in January this year. Her warm, authentic personality made her instantly trustable. Better yet, she understood what I wanted and brought out the natural shape of my lips with a nice plump to them with 1 full syringe. 7 months later, they have held their shape. Dr. Buonassisi is generally pleasant but attention is elswhere. He introduced himself upon walking in and had no idea who I was or why I was there. I was the first patient of the day. He inquired about my issue and cut me off promptly. Without much warning only instructions he abruptly put a wire down one nostril and said that he saw no issues. A sheet of paper that anyone can get from the internet was handed to me on things to avoid for the condition. I knew all of them and he just encouraged me to keep on top of them (I appreciated that conversation).
