I am a unique case for any optometrist to manage. Dr. DeJesus and her team regularly go above and beyond to accommodate my needs and are beyond professional. They are courteous yet fun, focused and technologically advanced in the options presented to their clients. And when sharing a clients' options they do an outstanding job to ensure that the client is educated and well informed about their choices. There are no pressure sales tactics when buying frames and the staff are amazing at helping to select frames that suit best! Their culture is warm and inviting and you can tell that they all love

It was my first visit at Stouffville optometry. I met with Doctor Solari. He was recommended to me by my wife. I had refractive lens exchange at Bochner Institute about 4 months ago and wanted a follow up appointment. Dr. Solari was warm and professional. He provided information and a perspective that I hoped to get from Bochner. Unfortunately Bochner put an overly positive spin on the procedure and didn’t give the unbiased perspective I expected. If you are considering getting any procedures to improve your eyesight I suggest speaking to Dr. Solari first.

I've been using them for over 20 years. They never rush me, they take the time to explain, and they really care about what I really want (I've made some unusual occupational requests in this time, and Dr Genin has always been very creative in answering them!)
When there's been any problem they stand behind their products, and if they need replacing, there is never any question on the price.
