Arti Sood graduated from the University of Alberta with a BSc in Nutritional Sciences and was the first student in her faculty to complete an internship. After working in both clinical and commercial settings, Arti pursued her passion for a career focused on client interaction by starting her own business.

We use Arti for completing statutory declarations. She is extremely responsive, professional, and thorough. The pricing is very reasonable given the quality of service that we get.
Most notaries have been extremely busy to fit us in (especially for what we need) but Arti hasn’t ever let us down. It’s also very convenient to have two locations in Vancouver and Richmond so we can visit either office.

I hired Arti to handle the conveyancing of my Mom's home. It was a run of the mill sale and my first awareness of her skill was her prompt communications. Then when the title office took issue with my PoA, Arti was persistant, calm, and reassuring.
The only time I felt rushed is when I went in to sign the papers. She had let me know I could come in anytime. But when I realized that my tardiness was causing her other clients with an appt to wait, I was impressed with her effort to keep them from waiting.
Wouldnt hesitate to use again.

Arti Sod is arrogant and aloof to her customers. She assumes that you the client knows nothing. She basically writes the will for you. On our initial meeting I told her I bought an online course on wills and also read extensively at the Richmond Public library. I presented what I wanted to her and she chose to do it her way. I came back a second time and got her to do revisions ( being charged exorbitant fees for changes) . She rewrote the revisions her way and told me i could not have certain paragraphs in it and deleted it. I took it back a third time ( being charged every time) and told her

Arti Sood helped me and I was OK with her service but too costly , she is just ripping off . One document to be certified -people outside charge $20 which is a regular fee but I don't understand what extra she does and charge $35 for just one document. Should have asked her cost before getting work done ,WOW I was so surprised . Not going there again for sure .
