He has served for over 15 years as a Physical Education Teacher, Athletics Director, Academic Counsellor, and Varsity Coach at distinguished private schools including St. George's School, West Point Grey Academy, and British Columbia Christian Academy.Sush treats all his clients with respect and dignity - providing sincere, honest, and accurate advice devoid of pretense.
Planning for the possibility of incapability or death is a reality of life. While most people don't think about becoming incapable or passing away, it is important to put certain documents in place before a crisis occurs so you ensure your wishes are carried out. A Representation Agreement is also known as a "living will".
Health Care Directives ensure that your health care wishes are carried out in the event you are unable to make your own health care decisions. The Directive provides a written set of instructions for health care providers regarding the type and level of medical intervention you would want if you became ill or were injured and unable to express your desires - this includes both what you do and don't want.
While people often put off creating a Will, it is one of your most important personal planning documents. Creating a Will while you are healthy and of sound mind, ensures that your loved ones are provided for when you die, giving you peace of mind that your wishes will be carried out and all your affairs will be taken care of.
A Power of Attorney grants another person legal authority to manage your legal and financial affairs on your behalf. In order to appoint someone as your attorney, you must be mentally competent. The person you appoint is called an Attorney. Due to the significant nature of the powers you are assigning, you should ensure you choose someone you trust.
