Found a deal online for an affordable quality sectional. Went in to view it and test it and was helped in a pressure free environment. The in store price was higher than the online deal, but Alice offered the online price without me even asking. Delivery was on time and reasonable. I paid for the movers to assemble and they were in and out, cleaning up along the way, in fifteen minutes.

Got the sectional from this place because they look a little better than IKEA at the same price.
Within the year we had issues with the spring cutting into the sponge, so the sales manager came on site to visit and offered to have the sofa services.
Upon further inspection I noticed that these springs were in direct contact with the sponge foam and they need a nylon strip to spread out the pressure, otherwise the spring would cut into the foam in no time.
I opted not to have the sofa serviced as I could do it better by inserting locking cardboards between the spring and the foam.

I bought a sofa bed September 2019 for $1200, I chose to buy new so we can use it longer, but halfway this year sofa is broken all the spring and foam are out of place. They only offer 1 year warranty and told me can't do anything about it. Its just a waste of money..

We are so very satisfied with our mattress from High Sun! My wife was influenced by other "mommy influencers" to buy an Endy mattress, which ended up giving me so much back pain to the point of needing chiropractic and massage treatment. We returned that mattress and gave High Sun a shot. They were very honest and knowledgable, letting us know the pros and cons of the different options we were looking at. We bought a firm mattress from them at a great value. It's been about half a year since our purchase and we're still loving it - it really is the best mattress we've owned. I strongly recommend

Have to phone for them to open the door. The woman told me to come back in 15 minutes. This was at 1:55pm. I returned and saw her behind the counter. I called her again to open the door. I asked to see the lowest price double mattress. She showed me and another one. When I asked questions, she didn't answer right away. She looked at me blankly. She was condescending and then instructed me how to use my cellphone when I was trying to enter a note. Treated me poorly. I have bought two mattresses from this store many years ago. Back then was a very customer oriented sales woman from Singapore or Malaysia

This mattress is so comfortable. We kept it open for 2 days and it looks perfect. My husband walked on it a couple of times as it was recommended and the shape on the sides were weird, but I guess that's how the process goes. James is very helpful on assisting us to find the right mattress. He even threw in free delivery. Definitely, we can come back to purchase another mattress from High sun in the near future.

A very terrible experience with High Sun Mattress. Bought a bed frame for my aunt, an old lady, and they delivered a wrong colour frame (extras were paid for the chosen colour). Confirmed that they would pick up the bed frame and have it painted in their factory. Instead they re-painted the frame at her home and left her home with tons of toxic smell. Their serviceman had a very bad attitude when explaining the situation. High Sun’s explanation was to save cost according to Alice, the sales representative in the shop. I will never ever try this shop again.

High sun has excellent options of mattresses and their prices are really good! Alice helped us several times and she is absolutely great in explaining everything. She is extremelly helpful, knows all about the products the store offers and provides the best customer service anyone can imagine. I highly recommend High Sun especially if you can get assistance from Alice 😊

Good service, friendly staff. Got a good mattress for an ok price. Would have gotten 5 stars if I didn't have to drive to their outlet store (in Richmond) to pick it up. Outlet store was fast and organised and helped load and secure it so it was a breeze to go there. I found what I was looking for and even sleep country didn't have it. I did not feel out of place in this store at all, and plenty of parking in the rear. Would recommend!

I moved to Canada a few months ago and I was so surprised how cheap the furniture prices were for the quality. I got a sofa bed and love using to host dinner guests often.
