The absolute BEST mattress/bed purchase experience ever! Excellent customer service that went far beyond the norm (probably the best I have ever experienced)! Dave was attentive, diligent and genuinely seemed to care and listen to what was needed. From my 1st call inquiring about the bed frame (the Harmony High-Low Medical bed), to choosing the right mattress and then to the finish with a very challenging home delivery (for them) all was handled with such professionalism and care. We cannot recommend Innovative enough...they truly are the BEST! Thanks again Dave, the bed/mattress is awesome!

We love our new adjustable bed and mattress! The quality of the latex mattress is amazing! Terry was wonderful in helping with our decision. He directed us to different beds and mattresses, which he thought would suit our requirements. He was so patient and accommodating while we repeatedly took our time trying out the various beds. We just purchased a new mattress and pillows from David. After sleeping on our old horrible bed for 12 years the difference has been amazing. We used to toss around and struggle to sleep for hours but since we got this new amazing bed it's ZZZZzzz in just minutes. Why did we struggle so many years? Should have done this a long time ago. David was very helpful and no pressure sales. So nice to be treated in the old school way by a person that listens to your needs. Was worth the drive from Sunshine Valley BC and we highly recommend Innovative Sleep Solutions and supporting small local businesses

My parents heard these guys on CKNW Vancouver Consumer program this weekend and were intrigued by their knowledge and claims of healthy products so we we took them to have a look. They bought a pair of adjustable beds with the organic latex and wool mattresses. We were so impressed with Terry's knowledge and service and he gave us a deal we couldn't refuse so we bought a new 2 sided bed too. Great selection and prices were very reasonable.

I received great service from Dave, he was very helpful and very accommodating to our needs. We required next day delivery and because we were buying a floor model mattress, we needed the mattress right away because of a medical need and he was able to provide that for us. After shopping for our previous bed at a large furniture chain store a few years ago we were sold a memory foam mattress that didn't last for a couple years. Lots of mattress selection! My husband and I went in for our first foray into the mattress-buying world last weekend, and David and Terry took all the time we wanted to educate us and help us find something that fit our needs and our budget. I wasn't expecting to buy a bed that quickly, but am really happy with our selection! The process was great -- I never felt pressured or "sold", just educated and helped by a professional.
