Rich City Collision Repairs was fantastic to deal with! My husband and I had to get our Tesla window shield replaced and they did an amazing job. Along with a great repair came even greater service. They dropped us off and picked us up from our location, they washed the inside and outside of our car, and they even charged it while it was waiting for us to return.
We would highly recommend them!

I had a black plastic panel that I needed clipped back on to the side of the back door, just in front of the rear tire. It was knocked off when I accidentally scraped up against something. I wasn't sure if I would need new clips. I just showed up to Rich City collision intending to get an estimate for how much it would cost to fix. The person I dealt with there took the car into the back to check with his technician. He returned about 5 minutes later with the part clipped back in and looking as good as new. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said "don't worry about it". This made my day!

I was referred to RichCity by one of the local auto dealerships. My vehicle was vandalized and I was in need of replacing a rear tailgate window. Their staff was very detailed & also repaired some collateral damages. RichCity completed the work as promised and my car looks fantastic. Their staff was friendly, professional and very reliable. They worked with my foreign insurance provider and kept in updated through the process.

Craig, Cameron and Steven helped me with getting my car fixed after someone hit the front and rear bumper. I was skeptical of a lot of repair shops as you often hear horror stories of places that abuse your car etc...
But not this place these guys are car lovers inside and out, they communicate with you often and really respect your business. Craig took the time to really clean up my car and made sure it came out of their shop as if it was brand new, I couldn't believe it.
They work seamlessly together to ensure your experience is fluid would highly recommend especially if you want good service
