We ordered a standing rib roast for Christmas, but after we picked it we found out that our daughter and son-in-law had Covid. We postponed our Christmas dinner for a month. I was worried that our dinner wouldn’t be so nice given that the meat was frozen. However it was like butter. Delicious, tender and full of flavour. So glad we splurged! Thank you Ryan’s Meat.

The place has good product. Been using Ryan’s for wild game processing for years now and this year they really fell short. Not sure what’s going on but they really have to work on communication and delivery within a reasonable time. Dropped my deer trim off mid-Nov. told about two weeks to make it into sausage. Called to inquire after that but got the “we’ll call you when ready” response. Told most likely January. Still nadda. Called again in Jan, told no pickup timeline available. I picked my trim back back up and processing myself. My suggestion is to not take wild game orders if you

I have a friend that brought in a bison and this butcher took it on himself to do what he wanted not the customer ..He told him clearly on the cuts he wanted as the butcher agreed .Long story short he ground up the whole thing to hamburger.I can not believe he is getting away with this in the public eye ,crazy .Stay away from this butcher shop 🤷♂️

Excellent local butcher that carries beef Park a wide assortment of exotic meats and of course some fish and Seafood. They also carry a selection of excellent sauces brought in from BC. the staff can help you with your cuts that you require if it's a specialty cut. Very helpful excellence. Lots of parking available.

I’ve been using Ryan’s Meats for my butchering for a decade. They have handled our family Bison and game meat. When you spend years growing an animal, you want it finished, packaged and butchered properly. They’ve always provided great service, fair price and been on-time. They’ve gone out there way on more than one occasion to meet me after hours, or stay open a little later.
