Since opening in Oliver, near downtown Edmonton, in 2000, Integration has been at the leading edge of Pilates instruction and investigation. Under the guidance of Pilates masters & physiotherapists from around the world, we have created our own unique Pilates-evolved exercise system that builds strength from the inside out, improves posture & alignment, relieves low back pain, prolongs an active lifestyle, corrects imbalances, and relieves stress & tension.

Pilates is excellent for injury prevention and post-rehabilitation due to its sound biomechanical principles and ingenious equipment.Healthcare practitioners of all kinds send their clients to us, knowing that we prioritise safety, effectiveness, and accessibility. A big thank you to the patient, expert instructors at Integration who got me started in Pilates and gave me an exercise that has improved my physical and spiritual well-being.

Joseph Pilates was decades ahead of his time, as we now know that developing a balanced body, mind, and spirit-his main goal-lies at the heart of optimal health. At Integration, we incorporate the latest in the science of exercise, physiology, and wellness into Joseph's original technique. The Integration Pilates Matwork System makes traditional pilates more functional, user friendly, effective, and fun.
Because Pilates can be customised to your specific needs, where you start depends on you. Rehabilitation and injury prevention: Many people are referred to our studio to address an injury, chronic condition, postural issue, or mystery pain.

If this is you, we recommend taking at least 1 private session with one of our highly trained and experienced teachers to give you recommendations of what classes are best for you along with personalised exercises.Private sessions must be booked by email, phone (780) 421-9853, or in person.
Experience our unique approach to Pilates that you can take anywhere you go. In a typical 12-week session you will learn Pilates using the mat, stability roller, fitness ball, hand weights, resistance band, gliding discs, bosu and fitness circle - lots of variety so there is something for every body and every mind!
Private training is ideal for those who want or need a more personalized Pilates program. In a private session, teachers create workouts that will address the specific needs of clients. In the private classes, we tailor training to your needs, whether they arise from injury, a chronic condition, or whether you have set specific fitness goal.
Although we run our classes in 8-14 week sessions, you can start your 2 weeks of unlimited classes at anytime. The 2 weeks of unlimited classes starts the day of your first class. If you are a new client, the "new client special" will be a payment option you can choose. If you have never done Pilates before, we recommend that you start with Level 1 mat and equipment classes.

Really strange first experience here. We walked in and the place was dark, smelled musty, and the first thing one of the ladies said to us was "What's up?!". Like she was shocked that new clients would come in early for class. I work out regularly and have tried numerous fitness studios in Edmonton that is independently owned, but nothing comes close to how unwelcoming this place is! We came in early because we were concerned about parking (not knowing the area), and thinking we would be filling out forms. It is customary at other studios that a new client registration / waiver is completed. None

I'm so glad I found this studio! All of the staff are so helpful, responsive, and welcoming. I have spine problems and the instructors always take time to help me with things that are harder for me, even adjusting the exercises so that I can manage them. I've recently joined on a trial basis and I will definitely be attending regularly from now on! The studio has a really nice vibe to it as well. Highly recommend!
