Services
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by German-born Joseph Pilates. In Pilates, a specific sequencing of precise movements emphasizes the balanced development of the whole body. Pilates movements begin from the deep core, working to optimize both strength and flexibility of all muscles in order to support efficient, pain-free movement in all joints.
Partners, Kelly Curry and Lorraine Kruper, continue this movement education business in this holistic community of like minded practictioners to give our clients the access to services to balance mind body and spirit. We provide high quality Pilates instruction through private and semi-private instruction, group mat and equipment classes, and related workshops.
In order to provide first time clients with one on one attention, we recommend a private introductory session. This allows our experienced instructors to asses your health history, body alignment and provide insight into your body's particular needs and how to address them. One on one sessions allow you to receive individualized instruction to meet your specific needs.
You can request a private or semi private session via our mindbody booking system on the "Appointments" tab. Please include day and time restrictions in your request as well as any health history information that may be beneficial for us to know. Our group classes are run in 4 separate sessions over the year.
