I travelled back to Whitby (from Guelph) today for another dental appointment. I met Amee when I went in and discussed some of the days events in a very pleasant conversation. We both were there today because neither of us won the recent lottery. Then I had my examination and cleaning by Beth. It was an painless and excellent experience as Beth often asks if everything is okay as we go along. I have this procedure with either Jane or Beth and both are very efficient and pleasant during my visits.

I have been a patient of Whitby Smile Centre for a number of years now. The staff are always courteous, friendly and anxious to make any examination or procedure as comfortable as possible. They are very efficient and helpful in every way from telephone reminders of when appointments for checkups and cleaning should be scheduled to providing prompt attention and appointments for any unexpected dental issues. My special needs daughter is also a patient of Whitby Smile Centre and the staff always go out of their way to help her and make sure every appointment is a positive experience for her.

I only went because it was close to my home and had after hours service. Now I will continue going because the facility is up-to-date, the staff are extremely curtious and seem to like their job, and the dentist is nice yet efficient. I went for a cleaning and full exray and then again to do two fillings and the dentist did a great job. I have no pain, no need to go back to adjust filling or anything. Will be taking my entire family.

First visit to Whitby Smile Centre on 10/05/2021. Love the small office space, staff is family oriented and friendly.
Only suggestion would want to see dentist more open to patient request as to their tolerance to pain/sensitivity. Dentist should try to be more open to these request to make the patient comfortable while under their care. Overall I would recommend Whitby Smile Centre for all your dental needs. Great staff.

Contacted for 2 broken teeth (very painful). They got me in right away, needed a root canal on the bad one and a small filling on the other. After a week on antibiotics I got the root canal done and it was a pleasant experience had no pain during and ever since it's been done. Staff and Doctor is very friendly and this whole process has been extremely easy and pleasant. I definitely will be going back for all my dental needs and, definitely recommend them to anyone looking

Always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff and Dr.Sara are respectful, caring and courteous of your time. it is a really great place. Everyone from the dentists to the staff are very friendly and my hygienist,does such a great job! The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years! Always service with a warm, friendly smile and you are greeted like a friend every time! I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend Sara and her team to anyone looking for a caring dentist in a warm and welcoming environment that is also state of the art in technology! I was so impressed with how great Dr Majedi was with my 4 year old. Having a filling done at that age is a scary procedure and she made him feel so comfortable. She really seemed to care about my lil guy as if he was her own! I think I finally found a dentist that is a great fit for my whole family!!
