Had the team at Express Hot Tub Service close our swim spa for the winter. Was expecting a bill in the $600 range but would support a higher bill if the time to complete the job would be excessive due to complications. Had my Nest Camera on while the work was being done and could see work began 10:46 and complete at 1:08. Total cost $915 +tax =$1033.95. I understand that having two guy come would potentially double the hourly rate but paying close to $200 per hour per man is absolutely crazy. I did raise my concerns to the owner, to no avail. Expect to be over charged by these guys.

The customer service that I have received from Dave has been fantastic! As a new hot tub owner, after having another company repair a leak….. twice, without success, I was ready to kick the hot tub to the curb!! Dave not only repaired the leak but pointed out a few other problems that could have caused more trouble down the road. His company responded to my requests the same day and the repairs were always carried out within a week.
Dave has my business for all of my hot tub needs from now on! If you want fast, friendly, efficient service, then this is the company for you!!

I have used this company and worked with Dave directly and was very happy. Then in Sept 2019 a technician came to view an issue with one pump not working and subsequently stated I needed to replace both pumps and the heater element. $2400! I am quite technical and was suspect. I called D&D from Orangevile, they came and checked the pump recommended I replace only the damaged pump. I bought a pump and replaced myself. Over a year later other pump and heater work fine. Not ethical and would not trust Hot Tub Express. And they asked if I wanted to pay cash for diagnostics but requested a credit

My hot tub was losing water so I called this company to service it. They sent a technician to look at my hot tub I saw him go in my backyard for about 30 seconds then write a bill for $125 and then leave (he did nothing at all). After noticing I was still losing water and nothing was done I called for a follow up service appointment and the same thing, a service technician showed up didn't look at my hot tub for more than 20 seconds, charged $125 and left again so now I'm out $250 and a leaky hot tub. After my next call, the supervisor or owner said it would take 4 men to lift it and

I would recommend this company not only based on my interaction with the technician who came to fix my hot tub but also based on how helpful the owner has been answering questions of mine over the last two weeks. David is very dedicated to his business and to his customers , so much so that he made himself available to answer my calls on Sundays and after hours in the evenings.

I recently had a few issues with my hot tub (broken top side controller, a couple leaking connections), searching on Google I found Express Service. I made the call and within seconds was speaking with one of the service technicians. After answering a few of the technicians questions I had a service appointment booked within 2 days.
