You pay huge money for a hot tub and you would expect service, but not from this place. Terrible service. Always excuses that he is short staff. Puts you on hold forever, always using excuses he is busy. You have to call back for information because he takes down your info but doesn’t follow up. Very frustrating. Buyer beware. We finally found another place that has been very accommodating for servicing our tub.

Honest, thorough and excellent service. Everyone on the team is knowledgeable and personable and go above and beyond in making sure your hot tub expericne is a great one. The warrantee is great, the service calls are easy to book and reasonably priced and value for the money you spend here is really good — the prices are very reasonable. I have been a customer since 2017 and I'm always impressed with how much they have helped me, as I am a new hot tub owner, and with the high quality of their hot tubs and products. I highly recommend them.
