The staff at Brant Family Eye are beyond friendly, warm and helpful. I went in to look for new progressives and had the best experience with Sam as she offered me a variety of options while giving me her professional opinion in fitting and sizing especially with what would work best for my face and progressive design. I will definitely be returning, a 10 out of 10 experience and I can't wait for my new glasses!

This is the place to go for your eye exam and glasses or contact lenses if needed. If no prescription glasses are needed they have the most up to date fashionable sunglasses. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will help you along with all of your decision making and make sure your new glasses have the correct fit. The Doctors are all thorough and show they care about making sure that the prescription is right and the correct lenses are picked for the patient. Each of the staff I dealt with went above and beyond. I would most definitely recommend Brant Family Eye Care for all your eye care

I can't emphasize enough just how amazing Dr. Beal and the team at Brant Family Eye Care are. Dr. Beal has always gone above and beyond with everything concerning my eyes or my family's eyes. I recommend her to anyone and everyone I speak to when the topic of eye care comes up. I was told about Brant Family Eye Care from a friend when I moved to Brantford years ago and after my first visit there, I decided I won't go to anyone else. Dr. Beal cares so deeply about her patients and it shows in everything that she does. I'm so thankful she's my optometrist!

If you’re on a budget this isn’t the place for you. They don’t tell you the cost of anything and they keep trying to add things on. I hadn’t had an eye exam since I was a child so I had no clue what things cost. They should tell you when you book but they don’t even tell you when you’re there and you ask. They repeatedly ask you if you want a scan even after you say no. Incase you’re wondering an eye exam is $158 and the scan they want to give you is $68 so you’re looking at $226 to get your eyes tested here if you go all in. Each lens was $124.42 after a discount. As usual unbelievable service from the staff at Brant Family Eye Care, I usually always deal with Cheryl there and she is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable and friendly people to deal with but the entire staff is great to deal with. Their service and care is unmatched as they always go the extra mile to look after their customers. Their products are top notch and they stand by everything they sell.
