At Scenicview we recognize the importance of a healthy and balanced diet. We strive to provide the highest quality meals and snacks throughout each day. With an in-house chef we are able to accommodate food allergies and provide a vast variety of meals. We avoid fillers and often sweeten with honey or real Canadian maple syrup, while trying our best to source foods locally.

Our Scenicview Child Care story began with Cindy's vision over 15 years ago. Her vision was to create a childcare centre that offered a home away from home feeling, and a sense of comfort and warmth when you walk through the door. At the heart of her vision, she wanted to ensure only the best for the children who attended Scenicview.
Here at Scenicview Child Care, our cornerstones focus on health; mind, body and spirit, safety, and offering a variety of experiences and ensuring that all children are happy. Our first cornerstone focuses on health which here, at Scenicview, is the most important aspect to foster in our children. We strive to ensure that all parts of your little ones are taken care of and nurtured throughout the day.

We had our daughter at Scenicview and I cannot say enough good things about them! It's a "centre-style" daycare, but feels like home daycare. Our daughter, and us, got to know ALL of the staff and everyone was so friendly, warm and kind. I could tell because when I dropped her off, she would run to the staff for hugs! They also had fantastic meals for the kids, and celebrated birthdays, making every child feel special. My daughter has a food allergy as well, and we always felt safe as they would customize meals to accommodate her, without sacrificing nutrition. We also loved how they back onto

Cannot say enough great things about this place. The staff are so lovely and it is always evident how much care and affection they have for the kids. They also provide amazing snacks and lunch they make themselves!! We are so sad to be moving and not be able to send our kids here anymore. My son particularly loved Miss Brea!

I pulled my child from this awful daycare almost a year ago. My child wasn’t transferred to the preschool class after a year of sitting in the toddler room, as they said there is no space for him. My main problem was that they accepted a new child in the preschool room instead of mine and I have proof of that by email from the supervisor!!! They just made ALOT of excuses when i asked them why! . Then I had an oral agreement with the owner that my son would be visiting preschool every Friday because he was the oldest kid in the toddler room but after that I noticed each Friday he was still in

We have had our child at Scenicview for a year and a half. Over that time, we have deeply appreciated the professional and responsible care they provided. Not only are our child's physical and developmental needs met, Scenicview's management and staff became trusted partners with us as parents as our child grew. Communication back and forth was always prompt and accurate using the HiMama app, and there were rarely, if ever, cases where we thought anything was missed or overlooked. For starters, it is beautiful. The building has the feeling of a home, but with the structure and longer hours of a centre, however there are much fewer children than the other centre we visited. Scenicview Daycare is a very clean, up to date facility that offers the children a variety of activities to participate in throughout the day, both indoors and outside. When the weather is uncooperative, the children are blessed to have a large indoor gym to play in, where they can use scooters, and large motor equipment. This daycare has the home daycare feel, and does not have an overwhelming number of children, which makes it more comfortable for the little ones, and parents, knowing their child won't just be a number in a ratio with a teacher. Both of my daughters attended Scenicview and it is a truly incredible place. They treat the kids like they are their own and both my kids had amazing experiences there. From the healthy delicious food to all the activities, I would highly recommend it to parents looking for child care. The Hi Mama app is a great way to keep tabs on your kids while you are at work, seeing multiples photos of my daughter a day makes being apart from her slightly less difficult. If I could give it 6 stars I would!!

Our son attended from 18mos- 4 years. Every day we felt comfortable leaving him in the care of the loving and competent staff.
The escarpment location is beautiful, the doors are secure and the centre is clean, fresh and promotes growth and learning.
The food was always freshly cooked and served in an age appropriate manner, our picky eater ate foods I could never possibly get him to eat at home.

I am a mom, like many, that researches so much about daycares and the programs they have before enrolling my child. When I found Scenicview, I was a bit skeptical because everything seemed too good to be true! They have an in house chef that prepares amazing and worldly foods, a beautiful outdoor area close to the escarpment trails where the children go for walks, and a massive indoor gym (just to name a few). Choosing the right place to send your child is a very hard decision to make. We have never felt so comfortable and happy with our decision to leave our son in the nurturing and competent care of the staff at Scenicview.
With a child with food allergies the staff went above and beyond to not only accommodate but celebrate his differences to make him feel included and most importantly safe. To leave for work and not worry about your child’s safety is a great gift to any parent.

Our two children attend Scenicview and we have great appreciation for the staff and facility. Our children are provided loving attention and structure, in an impeccably clean space. Once I switched my daughter to ScenicView I watched her blossom. The amazing food (full breakfast every morning = easier mornings for everyone!), the relaxed and inviting environment, and the amazing staff have combined to create an amazing childcare experience. She is exposed to early numeracy and literacy, science, art, and gross motor movement.… The indoor gym is amazing, and allows her to burn off her energy no matter what the weather is outside. The owner is personable and treats each child as her own. Once word gets out about this centre it will have a wait list for sure, so stop by
