Kala Yoga recognizes yoga in Orangeville is still growing. We strive to offer a diverse selection of classes and workshops to help you find what fits best with you. We offer hot and non-heated yoga classes, meditation, workshops, local and international retreats, and even online courses and Yoga Teacher Trainings.

We also offer Mindfulness Coaching and Thai Yoga Massage in our Treatment spaces! Drop-in to one of our regular classes, or contact us to book a private session. We look forward to meeting you! Great News: Our Studio is now open! You can join one of our in-person Studio Classes, or our Live-Streaming Classes from home through Zoom!
Services
Our invigorating, infrared heating system will allow you to experience a yoga practice that will heat you from the inside of your body to the outside. The infrared heaters, alongside the yoga flow, will make you sweat, stretch and tone your muscles, burn calories, and assist in boosting your metabolism!
Enjoy a slower pace with more time for explanation and alignment in these accessible, beginner-friendly classes. Quiet your mind, relieve aches and pains, and soothe your soul in tranquil sessions that are designed to leave you refreshed. Slow down and go deeper with mindful movement and meditation.
Quality and affordability are our top priorities! We want you to feel good about practicing with us, so we strive to keep our prices affordable and our classes enjoyable for everyone. We have several options available to suit your own personal practice. If you are new to Kala, try us out for 30 days of unlimited classes!
Please arrive on time for your class. The Studio is open 20-30 minutes before each of our classes so you have plenty of time to arrive and relax. To respect the instructors and those who have arrived on time, we will not admit anyone into the Yoga Room after the class has started. If you think you may be running late, give us a call!
Private sessions with a certified instructor are a wonderful way to deepen your understanding of yoga and your yoga practice. In a private session, the poses and exercises are tailored to your specific needs and goals, modified for your body, and broken down for your benefit. Often in a group class, the instructor does not have time to meet everyone's individual needs, so they offer general modifications and suggestions for the postures.
