I have been receiving physiotherapy from Rainu for a little while now due to a lower back injury. I had been in rather intense pain, every single day, for over 8 months. I tried physio elsewhere in the past, but decided to switch to Rainu as I was still in pain every single day. I was amazed because within the first three sessions with Rainu, my pain had drastically lowered, to the point where I had my first two weeks without any pain ever since I had initially been injured almost a year prior, thanks to her expertise. I actually almost cried because I was starting to think the pain would be permanent

Recently met Rainu after an inflammatory reaction to my booster. She took the time to take a detailed history and come up with a treatment plan. Not only that she enlighten me on my current work situation and the importance of proper body mechanics. I am very grateful to her and her secretaries for asking me every time I went how I am doing. :)

This is my first and only negative review on google.
I was compelled to write something after the treatment I got. Not only by the receptionist but from the physiotherapist/owner as well. It wasn't until I said that I no longer wanted their business that their tone and attitude changed. The owner has written that I was aggressive. I can assure you this is untrue. There are plenty of other professional physiotherapists in Whitby that will value your business and treat you kinder.

Rainu is a wonderful physiotherapist who is highly experienced and has much wisdom in treating many conditions. She has helped me with my patellofemoral syndrome so that I could play both track and field hockey in high school. I can now walk the stairs with no pain. She is now treating me for TMJ, and I now have much relief I fell and landed on a foot on the stairs, and she treated me with many techniques, and now I have orthotics. I had a knee injury that flared up and Rainu helped me through this. She is very skilled and works very hard to help in any way she can. Very flexible with scheduling too. I had an incident with my other knee recently and she was able to help me remotely as well. Can’t thank Rainu enough for her help and continuing support with any issues that pop up! Highly recommend!
