I've been a customer of Sproule Insurance for over five years. They manage the errors and omissions insurance for my business, as well as my home and auto insurance.
Jay and his team have always provided exceptional service and taken care of my requests, even on short notice. However, the thing I appreciate most about their services is that they take time to explain the products they're recommending as opposed to slotting you into a cookie cutter package. Not to mention, they're staff is polite, easy to deal with and readily available.
