Patio furniture was much above my expectations and my experience at the retail location was awesome. My only advice is PAY FOR DELIVERY! Even though I found where I was going eventually and everyone was very kind it was a little tricky to navigate so I would suggest paying the money for delivery. It’s worth it đŸ˜„ attached is the amazing patio set I purchased for my balcony. (Cat not included)

I bought a circular sectional from them two week ago and loving the furniture. When it came for it to be delivered, i was informed that i paid for the side walk delivery which i have never heard of before.
After explaining to them that i have no way of getting it indoor, Julie advised she will take take of it and not to worry. The furniture was delivered indoors and set up. This was beyond the services they will normally provide and it was very appreciated.

After purchasing my sofa from Velago I purchased a outdoor set called the Cresta. We have a small balcony attached to our condo and we were looking for something stylish, comfortable, and smaller. The Cresta fit that description perfectly. We love that in the winder you can stack the set into a dome and protect it from the harsh weather! We also like to store our cushions underneath the chairs where they fit perfectly when we aren't using them!!! Overall great set, highly recommend.

We bought a sectional, the Paglia model, last June. The color mentioned was dark gray. Contrary to what was indicated, the sectional had reflections of blue. In fact, it was more blue than dark gray, which Velago furniture admitted. We returned the goods and tried to reimburse the shipping charges ($ 322.76) which we were denied. This company has… never tried to find common ground with us, even after admitting that the sectional had reflections of blue. We will definitely do more business with this company not very pleasant. Also, since they received my complaint, they changed the colour

We love our Riva set, it’s perfect for our family of 5 and a few guests. The kids are really enjoying it too. And on days when we could use a little shade, our Sari umbrella is perfect. Second set of Patio furniture I have ordered and I am in love with it :) Can't beat the Customer Service.. I feel like I "know" them and Julie is amazing. I get to own the furniture I reckon movie stars do.. everyone who comes over swoons. We purchased the white CAPRIASCA.. grey cushions, it is a show stopper. :) Thanks again for everything. I was on the hunt for good quality patio furniture at a reasonable price when I stumbled across Velago Patio Furniture online. I liked the fact that it's Canadian owned and it offered great-looking dining sets at a competitive price. I got the Chiasso 6 -- a gorgeous, dark chocolate coloured, all-weather resin wicker set with super comfy cushioned… seats and a table (also made of the same high-quality resin but tempered glass on top) so classy you're going to want to eat outside all the time!! Apart from a few hiccups (ie: a mix-up at the warehouse, which I was well-compensated for; and

I've been trying to get a status for my order for days. Terrible service. I was just told that the carrier hasn't provided any information so I'll have to wait until I hear from them. I asked who I can escalate to and unfortunately it is the same person I'm dealing with. BAH terrible experience - beware!!!!!!

We bought a Velago resin wicker, glass-top patio table with 8 chairs a few years ago and have enjoyed it thoroughly. At the end of this summer, our glass table top spontaneously shattered all over our backyard. Thankfully we weren't home at the time but the mess was unbelievable. After reading up on it, we believe the glass shattered after being… exposed to the very hot temperatures we had this summer (although it is sheltered by a gazebo).
We were disappointed that Velago customer service was not at all supportive of their product (that is supposed to be made to withstand Canadian weather
